Handcrafted microbrews, a full menu and live music creates a winning combination at this popular brewpub.

They need to change the name, no longer a brewery.. This used to be my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas, now they've ruined it! Although they still call it a BREWERY and Pub, they no longer brew their own beer. Also, the menu has changed, and a lot of my favorite items are no longer available. The food that we ordered was ok, but there's nothing that really sets the place apart anymore.

No longer a microBrewery.. Went for dinner 7/13. Monte Carlo is just a Pub/Restaurant now, they don't brew their own beer anymore. Bf and I were disappointed about that but they still have those tall keg-like tubes that you can get with any draft beer $22-24 for the shorter one, which equals to about 7 glasses of 16oz. I recommend the Love Potion cocktail for the lite drinkers like myself, not a strong alcohol flavor in it either. The bucket of shrimp was really good and fresh, they give you a decent amount too. We are definitely going back for those again. BF had the fish tacos and I got the sloppy joes and tattertots, both were good. Napoleon dynamite moment with those tots. ha! Basic bar food is good here, inexpensive and worth the value. Place was low key and just a simple place to get beer and decent finger food.

Best Brew Pub. Best Brew Pub for drinks, food and atomsphere. Try the sampler of ales. Also great the walnut, apple blue cheese salad.

Great beer, food needs work.. If you are stopping by for a drink, that's great. The beer is good, and not over priced. If you are going to stay in vegas for awhile I would reccomend buying a growler for $45 and refilling it for only $10 each time...it sounds expensive but it is 2 liters. Check it out. The food yeah it pretty much stinks. That's all I have to say about that. Great place to watch any sporting event, tons of tv's everywhere.

Handcrafted microbrews, a full menu and live music creates a winning combination at this popular brewpub.. In Short
The only brewery on the Strip that offers six distinct styles of its own brew, with names like Las Vegas Lites, Winner's Wheat, High Roller Red, Silver State Stout and Jackpot Pale. The menu includes the Steak and Stein special: a T-bone and a pint. There's also a list of gourmet wraps, sandwiches or brick-oven pizzas. People come for the beer, but stay for the music--the house band entertains every night.

An order of grease and oh yea a beer please.. This is the place to go if you just want to knock down a few pints. With all the other choices out there why bother? Order food if your body can handle almost pure grease.

Love the Brew Pub. Great place to watch sports and try microbrews. The Giraffe is a very tall beer dispenser and quite popular with the draft crowd. Food is excellent but fairly expensive. I make a stop here a priority on every visit to LV.

Beer/casino done right. The Monte Carlo Bar & Brewery is located down one of the many mall-like alleys that branch out from the main casino on Las Vegas Blvd.

The beer selection is fair. There are 5 beers, plus one seasonal, in rotation. A sampler of the 5 beers runs $7.95. Some of their beers are also available in bottles at the brewpub and around town. All of the beers are simply average quality, but they do a pretty good job of promotion. We were scratching our heads at the whole "giraffe" thing though.

The service was decent, and we did not try the food on this visit.

Overall I am happy I stopped by here, having only had the bottled version of their beers before. While not high in quality, it is fairly evident that they take the brewpub seriously and do not treat it as some casino gimmick.

Your Expectations Will be Satisfied. Maybe I'm too harsh, but having recently returned from Las Vegas I've concluded that hotel restaurants on the Strip cannot make anything more complicated than burgers and fries and deliver them at an appropriate price. The Monte Carlo Brew Pub is a burger/fries/sandwich place, so you here you will be able to consume food that meets your expectations. Prices are reasonable.

beer, sports, and a great atmosphere. The pub located at the monte carlo resort and casion was one of the best breweries that I have been to in years! There signature on the spot brewed ales are as tasty and thirst quenching as they are unique! Served in fun filled full or half "giraffes" the beer is served in a table towering tube with its own keg-like spout. Prices are great and the food is excellent! A must try for lunch, dinner or midnight snack on any trip to Vegas!
