Received call from my tenant that A/C unit not cooling. Got hold of a few contractors who were hesitant to provide detailed info. Spoke to A/C tech Lou from Silver State & he gave me a ton of info on possible reasons. Went out & checked unit & confirmed it was York blower motor. My friend who checked out unit is a evaporative cooler contractor (but not A/C tech) concurred it was blower motor. Though not cheapest estimate @ $625.00 the service included a replacement at no add'l charge capacitor & freon fill-up. Great service and honest approach to problem. Lou was very responsive on call-backs and on contact with tenant. Advised me no other problems with unit. No selling or hard-pressure tactics.

This is the worst dental office in all of Amercia! BEWARE! (Notice I did not say "DENTIST" -- it is the whole office!)
