In Short
The Maloof brothers third tower is a 47-story condo-hotel with 599 units ranging from studios to penthouses. Celebrities such as Jessica Simpson have already bought here and rooms, when not used by their owners, can be rented out. The property includes a 50,000 square-foot pool and spa, a salon operated by renowned color specialist Michael Boychuck, the Rojo Lounge, 24-hour room service and the first Las Vegas location of L.A.'s famed Sunset Tan. There is also a restaurant from Iron Chef Kerry Simon.
