Jody is doing such a good management job, she also fantastic with our tenants. Normally tenants do not like property managements, our tenants love her, because she helps them if they have some questions, or something needs to be done. She is good for us too!

With our new property, that we purchased a couple years ago, we changed two property managers. They both did not impressed us much, and we contacted our friend, he recommended Jody. She really cares about her tenants and us, and does excellent work! Checks come on time, any repairs are being taken care off in time, so since we do not live in Las Vegas, we are confident, that our property is in good hands.

Jody works for Remax as a property manager. Excellent worker! We have been working with her for the last two years, never had any issues with her. She is easy to get a hold of if either our tenants need her or us, always available.

Jody takes care of our two properties, we do not live in Las Vegas, but nevertheless we know she will do the best job. She goes and checks the property, talks to tenants, they like her, because she always takes care of all issues they have from plumbing to gardening and just other small things.
