Great Customer Service!. I had tons of problems with my previous insurance carrier. Billing, could never get a hold of anyone, customer service was lousy. I was cynical towards insurance company’s period at the point before I met Jodi at Bree’s State Farm office. Their office helped me to get my bill at one set amount, they helped me to get my policies all changed over and they even gave me a “welcome” goodie bag as a new client. My faith is restored in insurance companies and I thank the Bree Buckles Agency for that.

Bree's State Farm Insurance office has been beyond helpful. I was recently fed up with the service I was receiving from my previous

insurance company and was referred to Bree's office. After receiving the

service I did at their office I have no idea why I waited so long to drop my

previous carrier. Bree's office has been beyond helpful, they have great

rates, and assisted me in cancelling with my previous carrier. I would

highly recommend anyone to their office & also recommend that they don't

wait too long like I did. I am much happier now.
