I now have a personal trainer twice a week and all of the trainers are so helpful and really put you through a workout.

They have great prices and all the major brands i love. I found them very knowledgable and friendly. They even have a smoothie bar.

Mark is a rarity among trainers. He takes the time to get to know you and what you need. He helps you understand exercise as well as nutrition and the role nutrition plays in your life. He custom-built his own workout routines starting with the simple that get progressively more challenging as you advance. Doing it this way, I never got bored with the workouts and I always felt my time and money was being well spent. A perfect option for me since I was intimidated and embarrassed about going to the gym knowing nothing. Thank You Mark!
