Erma is a thief!. The owner, Erma, believes she is above the law and can charge your credit card whatever amount she wants whenever she wants. I paid for a fill in cash and Erma also charged my credit card for the same amount. She was NOT given permission to use my credit card for this visit. Why would she charge me for services that I paid cash for? She then sent me an e-mail telling me that she would refund my cash or apply it as a credit to my next visit. She did neither. She would not come out to the front to speak with me, she spoke to me by speakerphone from her back office (coward!) and then told me it was a tedious project for her to look up my account (of which this was my 3rd and final visit). I told her to charge me for the fill minus the funds owed to me or return my cash. I just received my 'charges and she charge me full price for the visit and did not refund the fraudulent charge. *** DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR CREDIT CARD!! ***
I would say Las Vegas Best Eye Lash Extensions.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.....They have the best prices in town....the best program...Girls, if you want amazing eyelashes , this is the place to come....I tried a couple of others in the city...they really have it together......from the time you walk in till the time you leave......Jill did my eye's wow...she is a true artist......I signed up for there program to save some money...looking forward to my next visit...bravo Club Lash Spa......I'm telling all my friends to come.....and they pay for referrals....wow
I have gone to other business in Las Vegas and this is by far my favorite. The owner goes above and beyond to explain the services available and she is always trying to search ways to make the customer happy. Recently she added $5 gas cards to all customers living more than 10 miles away. Who does that!
The lady who does my lashes (Jill) is THE best! My lashes were beautiful and for the first time I did not have to endure weeks of fumes burning my eyes. I was told not to put water directly on my eyes, but to use the splash method...but I have a pool and a 3 year old and we swim every other day and my lashes did not budge!!!
I like EVERYTHING about this place.
Credit card charges w/o my permission.
I also had the $39 LivingSocial deal. They looked great right out of the office! And the girl who did them was very nice. They were uneven in a couple spots but still good, considering the price and that it was just the LashXplore fullness. However, within 2 days they started twisting and poking out in weird directions but each extension was attached with a lot of adhesive to multiple lashes so they couldn't be alighned back up correctly. I tried to untangle them w/tweezers but it was impossible. Within a week they stated falling out so there were clear bald spots and the ones left were sticking out in weird directions. On day 11 they looked so bad I had to pull the rest of them off along with the 5 or so real eyelashes they were each glued to. I could have gotten the refill, which was included, but I had decided that they were too much hassle for something that only looked good (on me) for less than a week and I didn't want any more of my real lashes to be pulled out.
I have really short natural lashes though so maybe it's just me. Revitalash and Rapidlash growth stimulators didn't work after a few months either, and left me nearly bald so I guess I'm just destined to have shorties.
The main reason I'm writing this review however, is that they charged my credit card $30 even though I never signed anything and they never even told me about the ClubLash thing. The receptionist wasn't in the office that day so I signed absolutely NOTHING. I did put my cc info in online to book the appt but I don't believe that signed me up for automatic withdrawals. I'm pissed! They better refund it asap!
LOVE MY LASHES.
I have to say I never usually write reviews, but when I saw the one from ANL0721, I felt I needed to say something. I had also purchased a living social deal from Club Lash Spa. I made my appointment, was greeted when I arrived. The place is nice very clean , the girls were very professional. I think if ANL0721 had a problem with the glue she should have gone back. I know from speaking with my friends who have had eyelash extensions done at other places they are very easily removed. My eye's looked amazing, I have since gone back and had the re lashing done. Again on my second visit , I was met with the same professionalism as the first time.
It's a shame because of one persons experience in there own eyes they feel it necessary to try and black list a business. I was on the Club Lash Spa site, they have testimonial after testimonial of happy customers. I'm sure when a company holds one of those Living Social deals they are over run with barging hunters, sounds like ALN0721 would not have been happy even if it was for free.
Also instead of a number I use my real name Michele Gordon
Thanks Club Lash Spa keep up the great work
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Do not use this place!!. I only went to this place because of the LivingSocial deal for the "Lash Xplore" for $39 or whatever the price was. I thought it was a great deal, and I always wanted to try it. Two of my girlfriends purchased the deal as well, and we all wanted to go together to get it done. We saw their website and were instantly impressed because it looks so nice and professional. Their website highly encourages booking an appointment online, so that's exactly what we did. Our appointments were made a little over a week in advance. One of my friends recieved a call from the Lash Spa saying that they needed to reschedule her appointment because they were overbooked. Ok, fine, it happens. My other girlfriend and I show up 15 minutes early for appointment. We were the only two customers in the "spa," yet we were not greeted and were ignored by the receptionist (who I think is part owner and married to the website designer). After about 10 minutes, we finally walked 5 feet over to the desk and told her that we had appointments for 1 pm. She took our names down and told us that she had a reservation for one of us, but that mine should have been rescheduled for 3pm. I live about 40 minutes from this place, so I wasn't happy about the thought of turning around and going home, only to come back a little while later. I made it clear that I was very unhappy with this situation. She then gave me excuses that the receptionist no longer worked there and she was having to do appointments herself. I understand, but this is a business, and a key to a successful business is HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I was not a happy customer. The receptionist goes back into one of the rooms and talk to the "lashionist" (person who affixes the individual lashes) and they decide that they can fit both my friend and I in a 1 hour appointment. The lashionist was really nice and she did a great job. She apologized for the whole situation (even though it wasn't her fault) and made the experience a lot better. The lashes themselves looked GREAT. When we were ready to leave the Lash Spa, the receptionist was telling us that as part of the LivingSocial deal, we had to sign up for their "membership" which cost $29.95/month but includes a free re-fill and discounted refills there after. I regretably signed up for this, knowing that I was never going to go back. I figured that I would use my free re-fill and then cancel the membership. I left the Lash Spa, unhappy but looking nice. In the following days, my eyelids began to swell. I mean REALLY swell. As it turns out, they use surgical grade adhesive, and I was allergic to it, or at least sensetive to it. I called them and the new receptionist told me that there was nothing they could do short of PLUCKING my natural eyelashes out (well, the ones that had the extensions affixed to them). So my choices were to either pluck my eyelashes out or wait until the natural life cycle was up and the lash falls out. I had to pluck out half of my eye lashes on each eye. Not my idea of a good time. And to top everything off, I called to cancel my membership (completely in accordance with with the contract) 10 days prior to the day when I was supposed to be billed. The new receptionist, Megan, seemed helpful....at the time. I told her that I wanted to cancel my membership, she asked for my name (didn't check the spelling or anything.. or even take down my phone number), and said that she would pass the message along. I also told her that I would like to either have someone call me or email me to confirm that the membership was cancelled. She said no problem, and that was that. Well, today is the day that I was supposed to be billed for the membership I tried to cancel. Guess what? I was billed.
