If you deal with these guys, make sure they put everything they say the will do on the due bill. They told me they would get me another key made for my car, and now they said sorry, we don't have one for you. They just lost a returning customer over a key.

Not so good service experience. Brought vehicle in for the same repair twice. They could not find the issue. After seeking assistance from another dealership, the issue was resolved. I think they were being lazy or just wanted to continue to bill Dodge for factory warranty repair.
Terrible First Time Car Buying Experience.
I wouldn't recommend Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone that I actually cared about. Actually, the experience was so bad, that it prompted me to write my first online review... They blatantly lied just to make a sale. The salesman we dealt with is no longer there but the sales manager, Kevin, was the one doing all the dealing. They made a first time car buying expereince an absolute nightmare. It's dealerships like Prestige that give car dealerships a bad name.

an employee screwed me and cost me 1,000s. went there and bought a new car one of there employees was flirting with me and was standing in front of me with her butt n my face so rather than star at her ass i sat her on my lap (harmless right) she called police filed a report,so now its cost me over 5000 dollars for lying about what happened and saying i held her against her will, there were 2 others in this glass wall office who claim they saw nothing cause they didnt want to get into trouble,and basically in the state of nevada the arrest you without checking a story if someone says they sexually assalted you, really im 50 years old and was playing around spent 40,000 and have to deal with this,well chopper hope it was worth it cause when its said and done im suing your company and this girl for money you cost me, the girl wasnt even cute ugh. thats how they take care of there customers by throwing em under a buss

My daughter has raved about this dealership since she and her family have started taking vehicles there for service 2 years ago, so I decided to give them a try. To say I was pleasantly suprised is an understatement.
I thought I had a flat tire from hitting a curb, but had done alot more damage to my car than I thought. Curtis Maestas and his team were honest, professional and explained everything thoroughly. It took a little longer than I had expected because they had to order parts(my car is a Nissan)but kept me updated everyday so I knew exactly what the status of my car was.
Any dealership can train someone to repair or service a vehicle, but customer service is a skill you either have or dont have. Curtis and his team at Prestige Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge definitley have it. I wasn't just another car, I was a person. Now that I've discovered Prestige, I wont take my car anywhere else.
