Las Vegas Best Florist. Rosy Florist is the most wonderful florist I have every had the pleasure to work with. When my mother passed away our family was devastated. We randomely called florists looking for a reasonable price yet a beautiful spray. Rosy gave us both. Rosy Florist went above and beyond for us. The spray was incredibly beautiful. The quality of flowers magnificent. And Rosy is a star!. Very kind, and committed to quality. Rosy Florist is #1!.
