Don't bring your dog here they will leave bleeding!! They not only will do a terrible job grooming but they have injured my dog TWICE!! The first time it was just a little nick and I understand accidents happen so I gave them a second chance (even though they tried to hide it from me) but the second time was such a huge gash I had to take her to the vet and when I requested they take care of the $85 vet bill, which is nothing considering I paid $50 for the terrible service and they hurt my dog, they were very rude and refused!! They do not care about animals!! I will NEVER take my baby here again!!

Great Service and Adorable Shop – I take my Golden Retriever, Cocker Spaniel and King Charles Cavalier to Sniffany's. They always come back absolutely beautiful!!! It's a bit of a drive to get there but it's worth it. I have been taking my dogs there for a few years and I'm always happy with their grooming. Every time I drop off the dogs,my daughter and I end up staying a while looking at all the beautiful accessories, dog beds, dog clothes and the beautiful displays.
WORST GROOMER EVER! – If i could give them no stars, I totally would. But since I can't, one star it is. I had my dogs groomed here today after a friend suggested it and i will NEVER, EVER go back!! My first issue is that, since it was my first visit, i assumed that they would need a confirmation of my vet records.. like any groomer -- terrible or otherwise -- and when i brought it up, they were like, no.. which is ridiculous to me... i wonder how many dogs they're grooming w/out proper vaccinations?! Petsmart won't even clip nails without shot records and i'd rate them the worst next to this place -- ha! and that's not even the worst of it -- it took them 5 hours because "we had 20 dogs and 6 cats to do today".. well, what are the chances they really cared and took their time with my doggies and 2, ever heard of being booked so that each dog/cat can get the proper time, attention and care?! On top of that, after 5 hours, I had to send my one dog back to get fully shaved because the groomer only 1/2 listen to what i said when i dropped him off, and of course, it was my fault that i wasn't clear enough. Perhaps if she wasn't juggling 4 other dogs during my drop off, and spent more then 2 min of partial attention to do a proper consultation, she would have heard the entire cut directions. Not to mention, he came back with poop on his butt.. twice and then -- my other dog was returned to my care with a huge chunk of skin missing out of her nose.. gushing blood!! WTF!? It wasn't bleeding when she came out because it had partially scabbed, and I asked what was on her nose, and the groomer ignored me completely.. so i took a closer look when i got home since i couldn't' settle my pup there. She wanted to get outta that place with the same distaste as I will never be going back. it's taken me an hour and 1/2 and her little nose is still bleeding. I will be returning tomorrow... to collect my money back and give the owner a piece of my mind.. to give a dog back bleeding is over the top NOT OK!! ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER THEN HERE... THEY'RE A 0 OUT OF 10... DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CARE. NEEEEVER AGAIN..
new groomer is great.. – I picked up my little Macy from Sniffanys & he looked & smelt great. The groomer Fran was a good listener & knew exactly what kind of haircut Macy needed.Thanx again!!
Sniffany & Co Fan – I purchased my Morkie from Sniffany & Co. He is a great dog that I can't imagine living without!!
I bring him in for regular groomings where he always leaves looking so cute. I always take time to look at the current puppy selection too; nothing like puppies to put a smile on your face.
I owe Sniffany's BIG time for the happiness they have put into my life.
Puppies - Sniffany & Co – We fell in love with a dachshund at Sniffany & Co 215 @ Rainbow. Puppy Brutus is the latest addition to our family. Sniffany & Co had everything needed for our little one from shampoo, food, blankets, ensembles, collars, leashes, puppy care and recommended us to our new vet. We're really happy! Thanks Sniffany & Co.
Great New Location! – This new store looks amazing! It's in a great new location which is great because this one is closer for my mother to take her dogs. I go to the Sahara store because it's closer for me but she loves taking her dogs to the Rainbow store. She's even said that she would continue to go to this one even if it ended up being further. Her dog has become very comfortable with her groomer and the groomer knows her dog well enough for her dog to be calm and relaxed for her.
