Couldn't care less about customer service. Paid for a 6 p.m check out and they locked us out of our room. When we spoke to the manager he replied "What do you want me to do?" I told him that he could start by reembursing me for the hour I had to wait in line to clear this up. The guy looked at me and laughed and said "Yeah, that ain't gonna happen!" At that point I was angry but the manger (as we turned to walk away) yelled "you guys have a nice day!" What a CREEP!!!!The maids do not bother with the "do not disturb" sign. Walked in on me and my husband in bed on the day we were checking out (again at 6p.m.) Room smelled to high heaven we both coughed and hacked all night long while there. I had to search for toilet paper and replace the roll myself. Carpets are filthy, window you cant even see out of probably has been a decade or more since it was last washed! Have to walk thru a hip hop club to get to the elevator then have to crowd thru all the club goers to even get to the elevator to our room. Try that with three suitcases!! All in all loved Vegas but will never spend one more penny in this dump!! Would not reommend this to anyone!
