roto rooter. My first experience with roto rooter was on Thursday May 17. I called at approx 9:15am. And a roto rooter man was at my door just a few minutes past 10:00 am. Found my problem within ten minutes and told me my options. He also gave me an estimate. That way if i wanted I could have called for a second opinion or shop prices. It takes the pressure of having to decide at the moment. He was very professional and polite. Didn't try to push or rush me into anything. He also gave me a lot of ideas and helpful things to do to prevent future problems. No one wants to have a plumming problem thats gonna cost some money, but when you do its nice to have a professional and polite company(tech) at your door. All in all it was a very good experience. I did some shoping around and roto rooter is very competitively priced. In the end i went with roto rooter and will in the future. I feel they deserved my business!…

Thank you Francisco. Last night around 11:30pm we called Roto-Rooter Las Vegas because our main drain was backed up and started flooding our downstairs. The woman said she will call the Plumber on call and he will call us withn 30 minutes. Francisco called us within 15 minutes and we told him that we would need someone out asap because our downstairs has water all over the place. He said that he will be there in 30 minutes. He came and fixed the problem.....great.....and also gave us pointers on what to do to avoid this problem again. He did an excellent job. And thank you for waking up in the middle of your sleep to help our family. I would recommend them to anyone. They did great and he was friendly even though he was tired....Thank you a million times.…

David arrived "on time" and evaluated our situation. He recommended various options to us for our situation. We choose one of his recommendations which was within our budget and was very happy with the decisions we made. David returned at the time promised, completed the work and cleaned up and dispensed with the old materials which was replaced which was one of our great concerns.
