I wanted to take this time to compliment the staff at the Loreto and Palacio apartments. I have been living here for over 7 months,

and from the Manager (Neoma) to the rental office (Yvonne in particular) and maintenance crew (Louie, Greg and Jimmy), I could not be

more satisfied with the way they run things. I am a very picky tenant, so when I spot things I notify them, and they get them fixed

in a timely manner. Like any place this one runs into problems now and then, but with the work ethic I see from everyone here I believe

they strive to make the apartment I live at as pleasant an experience as I could ever want. I do not write reviews often, and I take

pride in putting my name behind them, so I feel pretty good about this one. Thank you to all the above mentioned.

We have lived here for over 2 years. They have changed management several times. The newest management is EXTREMLY rude. I am going to cancel my lease due to the rude managers and staff on board at this time. Very unhappy, If your looking for a lot of rif raf and gansters living in your complex this is the place. They let anyone with a felony move in. Enjoy!

Terrible apartments paired with terrible staff. If it were possible to select a "0," I would STILL opt for a "-10" rating.

Please, please, please heed this warning & STAY AWAY from this place!!! This along with their sister property (Palacio) are NOT worth the overpriced monthly rent!!

I really wish someone had posted an HONEST review before I got conned into a lease here. They sure do know how to market, I'll give them that much. The photos, clubhouse, fitness center, pool, business center, & model apartments are all enticing from a distance. Believe me, upon closer inspection & more time spent on site (after being suckered in) you quickly notice that you've been SCAMMED.

"24-hr" fitness center? Uh, they may want to rename it "open only specific hours & unkempt" fitness center. I don't think they've ever considered the concept of maintenance.

Pool. Gross, disgusting "cabanas" & furniture....roach infested!!!

Business center. INSANELY SLOW computers (4 cramped in a tiny, messy room) usually all occupied by rude neighbors playing online games or facebooking.

Other flaws:

*Horribly rude, unhelpful, careless, unintelligent staff---including the manager

BEWARE: They will be fake & nice in the beginning to reel you in....after that, all of your valid concerns are pretty much greeted with eye-rolls & an I-Don't-Care-Deal-With-It attitude

*Cockroaches everywhere!!! It doesn't matter if you're on the first OR third floor!!

*Paper thin walls---and they don't care to enforce ANY sort of noise/time restrictions....I've had to call the cops multiple times.

*My water pressure is horrible & I rarely get warm/hot water longer than 2 minutes into my shower & the staff doesn't care to resolve it.

A facility should NOT advertise "amenities" that they don't intend to fulfill. That's purely LYING to consumers/potential tenants.

I don't know about you, but I do NOT appreciate being LIED to.

They have NO right charging as much as they do & treating their tenants as horribly as they do. If you're looking for a HOME, be it temporary or long-term.....PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I promise you'll be happy you did.

DOWN LIKE THE ECONOMY. As you can see from prior posts, this 'luxury living' is a facade!

The complex is an unsafe neighborhood. I would not recommend moving into Loreto Apartments if you are single, have a family, or on a budget. They are leasing these apartments at such low rates it attracts ghetto tenants. Roaches, crickets, and brown recluses become your new room mates. Surprise! No matter how clean you are.

***WARNING FUTURE BUYERS!!!!****

Safety is not a priority to Loreto. I had people come to my balcony and attempt to sell me illegal drugs. Crackheads run rampid! People running pass your windows & hallway. Noise disturbance til the wee hours of the morning, children sneaking out at night, assaults, domestic disputes, fist fights in the parking lots, breaking into garages, the list goes on and on.

Unfortunately I wish I could find AT LEAST ONE good thing to say about Loreto.

After speaking with the management about the safety of myself & others. The only thing they would offer is to move away and charge up the ass.

"Keepin' it ghetto." is their slogan.

Sorry Loreto.

Not so great.... This place lacks follow up and customer service. I have left the office numerous messages and not once have ever received a call back. Good luck trying to get anything corrected becasue no one calls you back. FYI- if you plan on moving there invest in nose plugs... The dogs in the apartment complex pee in the elevators and it is never cleaned up.

nice place bad management. dishonest, misleading leasing agents. promise to have towels in gym pool area and never did. They say the $87.50 surety bond covers any damage you do and then send you huge bill when you move out. Gave us a mailbox at the neighboring apartment complex (long walk) after telling us they wouldn't. Told us we would eventually have an assigned parking spot and never got one (there are unregistered vehicles taking many of the good spots). Dog owners are allowed to let their dogs poop and pee on the patios of the units whose patios face the interior hallways causing a terrible smell up and down the corridors. the lack of hydraulic arms on the breezeway doors are a danger when windy (crushed my wife's finger). management is rude when you have a complaint and good luck having them return your message if you call. Cabinet doors are hung crooked so they don't close right. towel racks, toilet paper holders, toilet seat all cheap and break or detach easily.
