High Integrity and Great Customer Service. Shopping for insurance is very confusing and quite frankly very intimidating to small business owners. It's almost like shopping for a car, not quite sure what I can believe and who I can trust.

This is not the case with Team Reba and American Family Insurance. I found that the people here were not only quite knowledgeable about insurance, but they made recommendations based on my situation. I didn't feel that they were trying to sell me anything. I felt comfortable with the style in which they treated me as a person. I will definately recommend them if you are tired of only hearing from your insurance agent when its time to renew. Give Team Reba a call.

No hassle insurance full service insurance agency. When I moved to Las Vegas I needed to get Nevada insurance for my home and autos here. After accepting subpar service from agents that I heard from once a year (at renewal time), I decided to take a proactive approach and find a local Las Vegas insurance agent that understood my needs and would be a strong advocate for me in the event anything ever happened. Finally, I wanted to do business with a professional business that was part of a business community that would help me market my Akamyna and consulting business services here in town.

Well, I met that person. Her name is Reba Labat, she owns an American Family Insurance agency in Las Vegas on Rainbow off of Charleston. Yes, its a little bit of a drive for me. But I don't need to go there all the time. Besides that when I meet with her it is a "refreshing breath of air". What I like about Reba is that she has a team of insurance professionals that work with her. They each have specializations, in auto, home, life and business insurance. She recently added health insurance as well to her line. When meeting with Team Reba at her office, I was impressed how Reba introduced each member of her team to me and told me what their background and insurance specialization was.

The other thing I admire about Reba Labat, is her passion for helping her clients not only with their insurance needs, but also the interest she takes in what they do professionally. Reba has been in Las Vegas for over 12 years, and she is well connected in the business community. She is constantly thinking about ways she can help her clients by introducing them to other business professionals that provide services that maybe of interest to them. For example, a good dentist or mechanic in the Green Valley area.
