DON'T PURCHASE !!!!!!!!!. We purchased a time share at the Grandview in 2006 while they were still vigorously building, we were promised our maintainence would not go up because everything is brand new. The first year our maintainence went up $80.00 plus, it is now $677.00 a year, ok, no raise since then. The resort is nice, close enough to the strip (you need a car) but not as crowded. We have friends who meet us in Vegas and stay next door at the Southpoint, this year I went on line to see how much it would cost them to stay at the Grandview.................. Well to my shock, it was $60.00 per night ( Southpoint was $45.00 per night) When questioned I was told "but you own". Let me see............ $60.00 a night times 7, or $677.00 a year. Let me add, that I purchased the time share in January and prefer to go for my birthday in October, well I also pay $100 plus to go in October. Nice place, BUT A MAJOR RIPPPP OFF.
