Terrible Office staff!!!

Doctor is nice enough- Office staff is completely incompetent and dangerous. When doctor went out of town- had a situation- where my prescription needed to be refilled. Office staff refused to contact doctor on vacation or contact emergency replacement... basically left me to fend for myself... can't just go cold turkey off this medication.. I was getting very ill! Tried seven times to contact the doctor to talk about situation the next week-- NEVER got a call back. Later got a letter saying he could no longer continue as my doctor. I wonder if the doctor sent the letter or the awful people in the front office trying to save their jobs while ruining this doctors business and reputation? All I know is that I fell through the cracks!
