This is in response to the review by
Marisol H. Your profile name used to be Nena123, but you changed it on June 27, 2012.
Making false accusations against a business is unethical. Contrary to your review, the police were contacted and found none of the claims your mother, Estela Gomez made were true. Wardrobe's surveillance was reviewed and nothing your mother claimed had ever occurred. I understand you may not agree with our return policy, but the boots had clear signs of wear. Wardrobe's return policy states that items must be in their original condition for all exchanges. In the future, if you have a dispute with a store's return policy be honest. Do not make up lies because you are frustrated. Estela Gomez, DOB 3/21/58 was trespassed from Wardrobe on December 29, 2011. Event number 111229-2560 (Public Record).
I have to give Wardrobe a five star rating since I am the main owner.
Worse Customer Service!.
DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE!!!!! THE MAN IN THE STORE IS RUDE AND PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVE!!!
I just had the WORST experience of my life in this clothing store I once loved. A few days before Christmas I went to this store to buy a pair of boots for my mom. The next day I had my mom try them on and noticed they were too loose on the thigh area. She did not wear these boots for more than 5 minutes, so I decided to exchange them. I admit I wasn't careful enough to clean the bottom of the soles because my house has carpet and we keep it pretty clean. Not even 24 hrs after I bought them, I returned to exchange them. The only MAN in the store (bald man who's always there) said they had been worn and he would not exchange them. He insulted me in front of about other 7 people, said my "house must be filthy" and was very RUDE. I was in shocked. I told him all I had to do was go home and clean them off, if so, and come back, but he got really pissed and yelled at me. I've never been so humiliated in my life!!!!! =(
Today my mom went to exchange them herself. He did not even look at the boots; he just said he would not exchange them. My mom confronted him asking why. He did not say, just started getting very upset and mad. He was rude AGAIN, and told her to get out but because she didn’t HE PUSHED HER out of his store and told her he was calling the cops. My mom called my dad to go over. They called the cops and are pressing charges against him. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! This is NOT how you treat people that pay for an item and get away with it. I want to contact the main owners and file a group complaint.
