have been going to this salon for many years , until I called to get in for a color and I only go to Reane. So she told me to come in and when I got there she had her other girl help me danille. OMG, is all i can say! She put my color on and left me for 45 min under a dryer :( and when she washed me out , my hair started to fall out! When she put me back in the chair I told her I did not want to be blown out , I went home wet and the next day my hair started falling out even more, to the point of me having a balled spot , I went back and told danielle and she said it was my fault! She told me that it was normal to have this happened. I was like what! I went to talk to the owner which is reane. Telling her what happened and I told her I never want danille to touch my hair and I showed her my hair and ask her to help. She offered to give me some kind of repair treatment, which they did not have there and she would have to go get it from sally's . She would call me when it came in. A week and a day went by without a call and then I called her to ask what is going on, and she told me that she would go get it for me that night and she could do it in two days . Because she was busy. Three days goes by and then I called again , she told me to come in that night. I did and she did not have it , so she made one of the girls there to go get it from sally's and I waited there for a bit, which I did not mind at all, but when she came back reane was busy with other guest and she hurried and put the mask on my hair and left the package on the counter it cost $1.99 , I was thinking I could of went to get this myself over a week ago. Then she put me under a dryer and left me there. I pick up the dryer and could here Reane and the staff talking about me with the guest in the chairs and she was saying it was all my fault for this and its because I use to much condiction on my hair, now this was the finale straw how very unprofessional. That was rude and so wrong of her to say and do! I left and never went back, but I m not a malicious person so I never said or did anything , but I just thought people should be aware of how they damage hair and then balme you for there mistakes. All I wanted is to have my hair colored. The good news is that I found a great new hair colorist and I LOVE her she is an expert unlike Off the Edge! She helped me repair my hair and told me that there is no way that conditioner would make me lose my hair. I spent a small fortune to fix the damage that had been done to me to the tune of $3000.00 . But maybe it was faith to have this happened because I have the greatest staff working on me know, Its Encore Amy and Ray these experts are truly the best in Vegas!

GREAT SERVICE & STYLE. I got married in Las Vegas on 04/03/09. I found "Off the Edge Salon" by searching online for salons in Las Vegas. I live in MN, so it's not like I had the opportunity run over to the salon and check it out ahead of time. I liked their website and decided to give them a call. Ashley answered all of my questions and I felt confident that this was the place to go for my wedding day hair service. I definitely made the right choice!!

Ashley did my updo and Larry did my make-up application. I couldn't believe what an AWESOME job they both did. I received so many compliments on my hair and make-up. I truly felt beautiful on my wedding day.

My friend came to the salon dressed for my wedding; however, she had a problem with the strap on her dress. No worries, Phyllis, another fabulous employee, sewed her dress and saved the day.

I would definitely recommend Off the Edge Salon!! THANK YOU ASHLEY, LARRY, PHYLLIS AND RENAE FOR MY MAKING MY DAY EXTRA SPECIAL.
