Tire Works Total Car Care

BAD Customer Service! BAD WORK!. I have had many cars and been to many repair shops. This Tire Works has been the most costly association I have ever had. I purchased the coupon book for $20 for free oil changes and tire rotations and discount tune-ups, etc. which is the ONLY reason I have continued to go here. I feel like I need to get my money's worth. I have had the wrong tire repaired and had to return the next day with a flat. Most recently I had the oil changed and discovered a new leak afterwards. When I returned they denied having changed my oil because I didn't have THEIR oil filter on my car. (The leak was because the filter wasn't put on correctly) HUH? 1) I was just here 3 weeks ago 2) You have my service order in your computer and 3) Your sticker is in my window showing when my next oil change is due. How can you look me in the face and say it isn't your fault and refuse to correct the issue? I can only say that out of the last 5 times I went to Tire Works, I had to come back 4 times to get something corrected. The previous 2 times I went there for something minor.... I ended up spending $350 - $600. each time and the problem I took the car in for STILL isn't corrected and now they want $800 more to fix it AND another $90 for the diagnosis if I don't have it repared there after they unsuccessfully have serviced it for the same problem already. I am SOOOOOO done with Tire Works I want to picket them. Stories from (several) others about how they take wool pad to your rotors and say you need new rotors when all you really needed was new pads is mounting. Please find somewhere else to go to save you more money and headaches. It['s bad enough when a company gouges you but when they actually damage your car to create problems is atrocious!…
