I was referred to this company by my
home warranty. They gave me an appointment window of 4-8pm. I called into my job, got home at 3:30 and began the waiting process. At 5:30, the repairman called my "alternate number" which was my husbands # and he was at work. When I got a hold of the repairman 15 minutes later he said I was "too late and he had moved on."
I was at the house- I never left- why didn't they honor their appointment time?
I live in a remote part of the Vegas valley and am positive that they used the exuse of "it's too far out....and if they don't answer the phone, I don't have to drive out there."
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. If you make an appointment, show up.
I will NEVER use this service again. And definitely won't be recommending it.
The overhead lights in my kitchen were not working so I called A&R. Tech was right on time for his appointment and did a thorough investigation of what could have led to the lights demise. He then explained to me what was leading to the problem and was up front about the cost of the solution. I am very pleased with my A&R Complete Service experience!
I called them out to fix my toilet and they got the job done very efficiently and made sure to not leave a mess by using shoe booties which I liked alot. Keep it up you guys are great!
Our old water heater recently kicked the bucket, we had seen this coming and got several quotes from companies for replacement. A&R stood out from the start, by giving us good advice on what was best suited to our home rather than feeling like we were being "up sold" to a unit we didn't need.
Being an elder woman who lives alone, I am always cautious of any companies or people sent to my house to complete a job. They were very polite and explained the process to me, it made me feel very comfortable about the visit. My system was blowing cold air but no hot air, which became a problem as it is getting cold, but quickly the guy they sent was able to figure out my problem. I am very pleased with this company..
I don't know much about heaters aside from turning the heat on and off at the thermostat but with the recent cold wave, my heater started acting up and was only blowing cold air. I called their office on a Sunday and they had a guy out to the house that same day. Turns out it was a very simple fix but if they would have told me I needed a new unit, I probably would have bought one. Really appreciated their honesty and coming out to fix the problem quickly.!!
I was very impressed by the level of service I received; I have utilized a few other companies in town for maintenance and minor repairs over the years, as I have a few properties in the valley. Upon calling home warranty about my heater only blowing cold air, they had someone calling me to schedule the same day and had a technician to my property the next morning.
I recently called my home warranty as my heater wasn't working correctly, I was very pleased with the technician's they sent. He had everything fixed in under and hour, which made my wife and kid very happy as the house was starting to get very cold. Great Job !!
