Switch contains the ultimate illusion. There you are sitting at dinner enjoying your first appetizer--perhaps the chilled seafood served on top of crushed ice and presented on a rotating lazy Susan-esque tower--when bam, your surroundings change. Designed to be as much about theater as it is food, Switch transforms its appearance every 25 minutes when walls move, the ceiling disappears and scenery changes.

The Food
Guests start with hot or cold appetizers, such as the lobster salad or the roasted butternut squash ravioli. Moving onto the main course, diners choose from a stunning menu that includes steaks, a veal Milanese with brown butter and fresh lemon, seared Arctic char with chorizo or the restaurant's signature braised rabbit fricassee. Finish off your experience with an ice cream macaroon sandwich or the baby bananas foster with Haitian Rum, macadamia nuts and Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
