Good times. We had a really good experience here. It was super crowded but we had reservations, thankfully. 3/4 of our party showed up a 1/2 hour late. They wouldn't seat us until everyone was there, but they could have very easily given up our reservation, which they were kind enough to wiat for them to arrive. Our server was really cool and explained some things about wine (they have a good wine list!) and etiquette about ordering it. The food was delish, if not a little heavy. We had a really nice time, but the food is def on the high end, but you have to take into account that you're at a highend casino at one of their top restaurants.
Disappointing and expensive. Very expensive which pays for a beautiful restaurant with wonderful ambiance and great wine (Mr. Wynn's selection is fabulous). Unfortunately, appetizers are common, the alaskan halibut was overcooked and dry, and dessert is nothing to write home about.
A dining tribute to Frank Sinatra serves up fine Italian food in a comfortable setting..
The Scene
A culinary homage to Ol' Blue Eyes, Sinatra's is just the type of place the singer would visit. The design is modern and sophisticated, yet not overdone. Starting at the entrance, diners will find some of Sinatra's awards on display: his Oscar for "From Here to Eternity," his Emmy for "Frank Sinatra: A Man and His Music" and his Grammy for "Strangers in the Night." There are also photos of Sinatra throughout and the restaurant's soundtrack features classic Sinatra as well as songs from pals Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr., Tony Bennett and Nat King Cole.
The Food
Chef Theo Schoenegger's menu features his take on classic Italian dishes. To start, diners can choose from Maine diver scallops with celery and kumquats to meatballs with polenta and mushrooms. For a main dish, there are a number of pasta, fish, chicken and veal options. The Colorado rack of lamb is tender and flavorful, the Cioppino comes with lobster, scallops, clams and fennel in tomato saffron broth, while the dry-aged 16ounce New York strip is served with cipollini onions and king trumpet mushrooms.
