Been to BOTH LOCATIONS-Henderson WINS!!. I have been looking for more than fast food massage(massage envy) and not looking to break the bank to do it. Massage Heights seemed to fit the bill. After vising the South Eastern store, which is closer to my home, I enjoyed my massage. However the manager seemed more like a used car salesman trying to close the deal on a membership. This turned me off totally ruining my relaxed state of mind. I decided to give the Henderson location a try. I explained to the manager Keno what had happened at the other location and she not only applogized but put me at ease. She is very professional and her customer service is second to none. I did expect the sales pitch and it was delivered with kid gloves and I did sign up with her and her team. My massage was also excellent but the aftercare from Keno and her staff were definitly the icing on my much needed relaxing experience. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see her and get a massage from her talented staff. You'll be glad you did!!!

Terrible customer service!. Paid for an hour massage - got 35 minutes. If you are not a member then don't expect any customer service! Went to get into my car and the battery was dead. Had to get a neighbor to help jump the car and ended up arriving 15 minutes late. Lady said we couldn't reschedule and they wouldn't be able to extend my time. They always end 10 mins early for every massage as well so their "one hour massage" is only a 50 min massage. So, ended up getting a 35 minutes massage. Have some understanding and treat customers right and people will come back! Guess I'm not important since I'm not a member...

Great massages and excellent customer service. Better than massage envy. I was impressed with the atmosphere and the monthy fee is a better price. I love the staff.. I have gotten an excellent massage every time I have been there thus far (four times total) and they offer aromatherapy, and some different add-ons like a cold stone, hot towel facial massage great for sinus and other head pain. I am very happy to have switched.

I caught myself snoring!!. I have had several massages in the past but I have to say the massage I received at Massage Heights was the first one I actually caught myself snoring! I was there for 50 minutes of heaven! I can't remember the name of my therapist but she was awesome! It was so nice and peaceful there...I would recommend it to anyone. And for $39.99....how can you go wrong?!?! Make sure to check it out.

Ahh a Breath of Fresh Air!. I visited Massage Heights and received an amazing massage by Simone. All of the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The membership is a great way to escape the daily grind!

Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have had one of the best massages that I can remember from Trisha. The timing was perfect (as I did arrived 10 before as asked) and I feel like I got my moneys worth and more. The facility was high class compaired to Massage Envy, and the staff was really kind. I have decided to become a memeber because of the excellent service and value. I look forward to my monthly massage!

you get what you pay for.. I went there in Nov. 08, right after they first opened. I had a very nice massage by Maria, but it was supposed to be 80 minutes (they list in on the menu as "hour and a half") but it was only a 70 minute massage. I was not there 10 minutes early as they said to be, but still, there was no one else in the building, so I think they could have given me the full time I paid for.
