I bought a deal on Groupon and redeemed the massage and manicure. It is such a great deal and the place looks real nice. The front desk girls are also very nice (not snooty like they are at other salons). I look forward to get the rest of the services and I will be going back for more services.

I drive by Elements every day on my way to work. So, I decided to purchase a gold star card from groupon and i was a bit skeptical about all the services offered for such a low price. I certainly got the better end of the deal. I paid 99 for 5 services. So far I've done the massage and manicure. It was fabulous! Can't wait to go back and try the rest. They just got themselves a new customer.

I had my first salt glow yesterday. It was such an amazing service that I had to write to let everyone know about it. It felt like I was massaged under warm running water. It felt great. I did it before my massage and I think I'm in heaven. I've never felt so pampered, massaged and hydrated in my life. Great, great experience!

How refreshing to go to a no drama salon to get my hair and nails done. I guess they are all employees and each one I have tried is wonderful so far. It's nice to go to different hair dressers and not have to stick with the same one and they don't get mad at you. Love Elements!

Great Salon!. Charming salon with a terrific group of talented stylists. Everyone is super accommodating. It has a great atmosphere and is reasonably priced. They are all outstanding with color and cuts. Book early!!

Awesome. Had a facial with Nina- amazing experience. So relaxing that I fell asleep! My skin still looks and feels amazing. I am hooked- can't wait till the next one. The staff at the reception desk were so welcoming and helpful, I will be going there for my hair today. I plan to give gift cards for facials at Elements for Christmas, and bring all my out of town visitors for a treat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!. Horrible service!!! Horrible owners!!!!!! I had a problem with my service there and had to speak with the owner and she was nasty! They are just out for the money they dont care about any of their clients!

Excellent services!. Every year I visit Las Vegas I make it a point to stop by Elements Salon. This year I had the customer appreciation special consisting of a massage and facial. The massage was with Katrina and she is the BEST!! She actually listened to where my trouble spots were and worked on them. She gave me a full hour of massage. I was SO relaxed when she finished. I then had a wonderful facial by a lady whose name I have forgotten (sorry!). Anyway she expertly analyzed my face and was so gentle with her treatment. I feel very refreshed and my skin looks great.

I was so happy with the services I made another appointment on the spot!

HORRIFIC. I had my haircut by this salon last week. Ashley, my hairstylist butchered my hair. My layers are choppy, super short and it looks like a mullet. So I went to go get a refund of my money and the manager has me sit outside of her office while she consults with someone else and when she walked out, she was saying, "Well I offered to fix it for her and she doesn't want it done". She said it very rudely too but then turns to me, smiles, and says, "I'll give you a refund on a gift card". You think that after all that I've been through with your salon that I want to come back?! HELL NO. So I asked for her "refund policy" in writing. Of course they didn't have it and she fumbled for my gift card receipt and says, "Here at the bottom it says all sales are final." That's not a refund policy. She continued to be extremely rude to me until I grabbed the gift card and walked out. Do not ever go to this salon because you will honestly regret it.
