must write. I have been going to Elements since they opened and I finally must write and say that I have been so happy with their services all the time.

I think I must have had everything done over the last year or so. Massage, mani's, pedi's, facials, def hair. Every now and then I try something new they have going on, and I am always very happy with the turnout.

The staff is very pleasant and the decor of the spa is so relaxing. I love going there!

Wonderful service!. We went in for a girls day last week and loved it! The four of us got the works. We will definitely go back next time we're in town. Loved everything, just maybe if there was lunch that might have been even better (we spent 5 hours at the spa). Thanks to everyone!!!!

My favorite. I was happy to nominate Elements for Best Of Las Vegas because it's the salon that I use for my hair and pedicures. Cali does a fantastic job with my haircut and highlights. Simona and Meghan do my pedicures and my toes always look great. Thanks!

Male Friendly. Okay, I am a guy. A manly man, if you will. I have never thought of going to the spa and I usually get my hair clippered at great clips. My wife, as good as she is at persuading me into things, talked me into a day at the spa with her for our anniversary. I was a bit nervous going in, I thought I would be looked at funny. But, the energy is great it there. And I will tell you what, I never knew there to be such a difference in hair cuts, but this one was great. The stylist washed my hair, cut it with clippers and scissors, got all of the hair off my nape, and even cleaned up my beard! And following that we each got a facial, mine being a gentlemens. I swear my shaves have been better since! We continued the services with a couples massage and side by side pedis. I honestly will always remember this anniversary, it was no less than absolutely amazing. And I cant beleive I loved it so much!

By Far the best spa! 10 stars and two thumbs up!. Out of all of the salons and spas in Las Vegas, I took a chance and tried this one out. It is close to my house and there is not many nice spas in this area. They always have amazing specials and promotions, that make it easier on us all that may be struggling a bit, due to the economy. Also, as soon as you walk in, you are greeted by wonderfully, genuinely nice people, and that service follows throughout your whole stay. I ended up getting my hair, nails, facial, and massage done by the time i left. But, when i went in i only intended on getting my hair done, but by the time i was done i was so impressed and had to try everything out! I could write forever about how great it was, but to wrap it up, you MUST try this place. All of my friends now go there and it makes my day every time I go!

What a treat!. I tried the Pumpkin Spice massage and facial last month and it was great! The massage left me feeling relaxed for days! And the facial left my skin feeling and smelling great. I've been to some of the spa's on the strip and this one is now my favorite local spa, great service and good prices.

Our next seasonal scent is Cranberry Spice. It smells great and will leave your skin feeling soft. Especially nice in the drying winter time.

Make sure you know the employee and what they are good at. The first massage I got here was great. I booked another massage and the massage therapist I had before was not available, and this one was horrible. I told her I like a very firm massage, then as she is "massaging" I tell her I would like a firmer massage. I guess to her a massage is gently rubbing lotion all over me for an hour, it was an uncomfortable feeling and a total waste of money. So know your massage therapist.

The pedicure I got here was horrible, they had a hair stylist do my pedicure! I would have done better at home with my left hand (I'm right handed). Again know who is giving you a service. Another waste of money.

So sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We strive to offer excellent customer service and fantastic services, as you can see from our other reviews, we usually do a great job. Most hair stylists are cosmetologists, who do extensive studies in hair, skin and nails; and are licensed to perform in all three areas. I'm surprised you received a massage that wasn't to our standard. The Swedish massage does not offer as much pressure as some of the deeper massages; for example, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue or Trigger Point therapy. A Swedish massage is meant to be relaxing, with long flowing strokes. Without knowing which service you received, it's difficult to trouble shoot. Great Massages, Manicures and Pedicures. I researched spas for my Vegas trip last week and am ecstatic to have found Elements. It is well worth the 20 minute drive (on freeways so no traffic). The staff was very friendly, helpful and fun, and the spa itself is very clean, neat and has great ambiance. Then Debb gave me the best massage of my life. She found every nook and cranny that needed attention and she didn't give up until the tension did! It's now six days later and I still feel like I'm a 1/2 inch taller. Simona (sp?) gave me a wonderful mani/pedi that is still goin strong, and I'm really rough on my nails. The people make all the difference and this team really shines. Such a different atmosphere than the spas I've visited on the strip, and a wonderfully refreshing one at that. We will definitely go back to Elements the next time we are in Vegas!

Amazing experience. I recently went to the spa with my grandparents and i got a day of relaxation! From the second i walked in to the second i left i felt totally relaxed. I received a facial, a massage, a manicure, pedicure, and a waxing. Even with all of these treatments, I have nothing negative to say. Everything was just great, especially the massage. Even grandparents,who are very picky about what they get, had an amazing day at the spa, which was I was happy about. They helped me pick from there selection of hair products, since I needed something to strengthen my dry hair. I absolutely love the product and use it everyday, and the prices were very fair. My whole day was excellent and we even got delicious cookies at the end!

Great experience, very professional yet friendly.. My daughter Chrystal and I went for a massage and hot stone pedicure. The services are wonderful. we were made to feel right at home from the minute we walked in the door. We were greetly by friendly professional staff. The massage by Sarah and the pedicure by Meghan were both excellent. They listened to what you wanted from the experience and delivered in it as you requested. So relaxing!
