RUSH RUSH RUSH. From the moment we sat down, the main waiter came to explain how the place worked as far as the little red and green disc that says "MORE MEAT" or "NO MEAT". Apparently the waiters and servers can't read. with all of us sitting and just wanting to talk to enjoy the company, this by far is NOT the place to be. They were lined up and just kept coming to the table, there was NEVER even 5 minutes between servers. Which meant there was no conversation amoungst us. We were in and out of there in just about an hour. And for $345 for four people, it wasn't that good. There was no atmosphere, otherthan the servers that kept asking more more more. I will not go back there AT ALL. I don't like being rushed and after spending a very grueling week working, is all I wanted to do was relax. Not there.
This one can't be beat!. I was unsure of what to expect, but I was very pleased! The service was over the top; the food was an epicurian delight and the atmosphere brought it all together. The quality of the food was much better than I'd expected. I will gladly give this restaurant a high rating & will recommend it to my friends traveling to Las Vegas.
Exceeds Your Expectations. This restaurant far EXCEEDS Rum Jungle (Mandalay Bay) in the quality of food and service. We didn't feel rushed as with most restaurants and enjoyed a lesisure meal with the ability to select what and when we wanted to eat. I truly couldn't ask for better food or service - what a treat! It is a special experience. Thank you.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST FOOD AND SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD.
The service was beyond incredible, the waiters are friendly ,the salad bar is awesome.i love their asparagus risotto and the cheese bread and, lobster bisque, etc. There's an amazing selection of meat and it's all you can eat. My favorite definitely the picanha w/ garlic an pig. I didn't even want to leave the restaurant .i'm definitely going back soon.Thank you Via Brasil for the great experience.
An experience not just a restaurant.
This was my first experience with a Brazilian restaurant and I took my family of six persons, to this restaurant for the experience. I have some knowledge of the European dining process and specifically the Spanish and Portuguese idea of many courses, small portions and sometimes hours at the table, enjoying the meal and the extended social time provided by the meal. Via Brazil is a reflection of that dining process and offers the restaurant patron an experience of the culture itself, it is not just a restaurant. If your idea is to drop in for a quick steak and be out in 30 minutes, go elsewhere. However, if you are looking for a dining experience, please take a couple of hours and enjoy a beautiful restaurant, good food, good wine and a great staff. For dissert, try the Polenta, it is some of the best you will ever put in your mouth. By the way, the meat service at your table is actually performed by the chefs and a complement to the chef always goes a long way.
When I return to Las Vegas this will be “the place” for the first evening. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for a lovely time spent with you.
Incredible experience.
We hosted a corporate retreat in Las Vegas, and as one of our outings we chose to have supper at Via Brasil. As the coordinator of a group of 35 hoteliers, one needs to make sure that service is number one...well, with Via Brasil we were treated to incredible food, and the most amazing service I have ever received. The moment you even whispered about wanting more of something, it was there. And the "Brazilian Dinosaur" meat was the tenderest cut of meat I have ever encountered.
Thank you, Via Brasil, for your unmatchable talents, and for making me look like a pro for booking your place!
The best dining experience I've had, in a long while.
On 1 September 2009, we celebrated my son's marriage at Via Brasil. The experience could not have been better, for the service was outstanding. The food was as good, the decor and atmosphere was equally as nice. Of the fourteen people in my party there was not a single negative comment on any aspect of the dining experience. I would recommend Via Brasil to anyone anytime.
Thank you so much,

Unbelievable atmosphere, awesome food!!!. The Via Brasil Steakhouse is an awesome place to eat in Las Vegas!!! I am from New York and crazy about brazilian food... Let me tell you something people, this place is unbelievable good and fun. The meat chefs are great and made my dinner very enjoyable, but their were not the only ones that made my wife and I feel special... The whole staff made me feel like family and for sure I had the best experience of my life!!! I really recommend Via Brasil Steakhouse for everyone who likes awesome food. More authentic than Via Brasil Steakhouse it will be difficult to find in Las Vegas.
A Dining Experience to Remember. I am originally from Brazil. To have this restaurant open up in the Northwest part of town is a dream come true. I have been to every Brazilian restaurant in town. The food here is so good. We went for my birthday the first time and have been back several times since. The meats are cooked to perfection. If you want rare or well- done ask and you will receive it too your liking. The atmosphere is so beautiful with the tropical 60 ft. fountain. and the fauxed walls. You must go one time and experience the cooking of Brazil. It will not let you down. YOU will feel like you are finally paying good money for what is worth. Definately go hungry and experience a true dining treat. One you will never forget. Memories for a lifetime. The staff is at it's pinnacle with service. This restaurant is worth my five star rating and worth every dime.
Great experience, but I like more spice..
Like the headline says, I wish there were more seasonings. This may be the most authentic food north of the Panama canal, but I like what I like.
A tip for first timers, look over the numerous meats available and try asking for what you really want. They started us out with turkey, chicken, and sausage, but I should have asked for the other choices before I got too full to try.
Service was fine, the beer they recommended was good, and it was an overall positive experience. I will try again when we have out of town visitors.
