DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was scammed and it is evident that this is the standard operating procedure. The employees at the company know they work for scammers and are told to fill out good reviews frequently. Please read the REAL reviews here to learn about this company. Also see the BBB rating and all the unresolved complaints. You will have better luck tying your items together and dragging them to the new location, at least when you get there you only lost your furniture not thousands in additional charges too.

DO NOT CONSIDER using Oasis Moving and Storage for your move, unless you don't care when your belongings will be delivered, and you don't mind the Oasis staff lying through their teeth to get your business. It took 33 days for our furniture and belongings to be delivered to our new home (pick-up in Tucson, AZ and delivery in Reminderville, OH.) It could have gotten there sooner by pony express. The sales representative told us we would have delivery "no later than 14 days, since that's a Federal Law" - - which was a bold-face LIE.

The 2 guys that picked up our shipment were great (Ivan & Christopher) and the lone man (Misha) who delivered/unloaded our 95 boxes + furniture + misc items, all were very courteous and careful with our goods. But you will not be able to get ANY information after your pick-up, as to the status of your shipment or the whereabouts of your belongings. I don't now how they stay in business. Also check the BBB and the U.S. Dept. of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for their complaint databases. Do not hire Oasis Moving and Storage....move on to the next company!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND RUIN YOUR FURNITURE. IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS DON'T USE THEM.

I used Oasis to move from Las Vegas to Florida, they came and packed my stuff very well and loaded it in the truck, it went into their storage bin for 3 months. When I called to have it delivered they answered right away. When I called to see where my stuff was, they said the truck was on its way to California, I wondered why and later found out it was unloaded again and loaded on a container truck to go by train, which I was assured by Jason would not happen. when my items were delivered I literally sat down and cried. Here is the note I sent to the owner Oren.

Oren, my furniture was delivered on Tuesday, when we looked in the truck we couldn't believe how our belongings were just thrown in anyway, sure they were packed good and loaded in front of us but after that only God knows what happened. We were told they weren't going by train and found out they came on a container by train. Most of our wood furniture is scratched and chipped. My expensive china closet is bashed in on one side and the glass doors won't close or the drawers open. My dining table in broke down on one whole side. I had 6 kitchen chairs, now I only have 5 because one of them has 2 legs broken off and can't be repaired. My4 lamp shades bent and busted, my plant stand broke in half, my hall table the legs are busted off, my computer bashed in on one side, the fronts of my office furniture broke, the handles on my wood office desk broke off, some of the boxes were crushed or had holes in the sides of them. I had 8 broken plates and other dishes, my plant stand broke in half, vases broken beyond repair. Legs of furniture chipped. Boxes that were marked fragile were caved in from heavy things piled on them. I have never seen such a mess. When they unloaded the truck my husband saw them throwing things off the truck. I had someone come and look at the china closet and he said from riding on the train all the dust on the closures is from them rubbing together. My stuff was not packed right on the truck and I'm so disappointed in this company. When I finally got through to them, they sent me over a claim form to report everything, which I did and still have not heard from them, it's over 2 months now. With so many bad reviews, I don't know how they stay in business.

Decent! I just had a C-Section and my husband couldn't move everything on his own so the help was great and it didn't take long at all.

Reasonable and polite service. My service man was always glad to answer any new or arising questions as the move was coming near and taking place. I never felt as though i had been left in the dark, during the experience.
