Met all of my expectations. Hard working experienced crew that got the job done in record time.
Above estimate with good service. Arrived on time, delivered on time and without damage, good service re unloading as directed, friendly.
BEST MOVER IN LAS VEGAS!. My friend moved herlsef and her parents last year with Oasis so I barely shopped around really. All the companies talk bad about each other but I knew first hand from her that they were great and they didn't disappoint. Tammy was totally patient and gave me great packing tips and helped me save money and the guy who came out (Eric?) was right on the money with the estimate. I would use them and I recommended them to my company since we have other people relocating later this year. I don't put much stock in reviews but hopefully this helps someone ouot there to take all the mudslinging online with a grain of salt.…
Never Again!. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I had already placed a down payment with a different moving company but Cyril was very persistent in the sales department and promised me I would have a stress free experience if I went with Oasis. It started after I hired them on, they were not able to get my inventory list correct which was concening as they insisted to pick up my belongings a day early which left me at work when they picked up my stuff. I told Cyril I did not want any hidden surprises with cost when they showed up at my house. I was told when the movers arrived it was going to be almost $1000 more than what they quoted me on numerous occasions. They were able to meet me in the middle with the cost and the pick up of my belongings went well. They were 2 weeks late delivering my stuff, when my stuff arrived it was damaged and my large BBQ grill was missing. Everyone in the office was VERY rude expect Monica in the claims department and a gal in the billing office. I was only able to recover a smalll portion of my money even with taking out the insurance. Oasis told me they must have delivered my large BBQ grill to someone else that never reported it. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone.…
