Intimate dining and creative dishes in the heart of Henderson.. In Short
Fireside is a bit Jekyll and Hyde. On one side you have a low-lit dining room with guests sipping wine and picking at cheese plates and fire roasted artichokes. On the other you have the bar scene with folks pumping money into video poker machines. The restaurant menu is innovative. Breakfast includes items such as Irish Oatmeal (fresh oats with cinnamon, roasted apples and chopped nuts), while lunch specials include hot corned beef and pastrami or chicken avocado sandwiches. For dinner, its Baja-style fish tacos, wood grilled tilapia and Cajun pasta.
