Poor Customer Service at Fashion Show Johnny Rockets. We live in Las Vegas and two days before Christmas my mother and I went to shop at the Fashion Show Mall. We decided to get a quick bite before starting and our server, Veronica from San Fernando, was really inconsiderate of us. The food took an average amount of time to get to us, and she served the bill with dinner. We should have paid right then because when we finished and wanted to pay, she was no where in sight. I got up and went to the front to pay, but was told my server would come to me. When she finally did, we gave her the credit card and on her way to charge us, she stopped at another table and tried to help a customer solve a problem by showing him something on the menu, then taking his food back to the kitchen. She disappeared into the back and I thought finally we would be able to leave, but they start up the dancing music and instead of bringing us our bill to sign, she gets in line and starts dancing!! We were itching to go. My mom had to use the restroom and it's not in the restaurant so time was getting to be of the essence. (she's in a wheelchair) I was so disgusted by the lack of concern for us that I left her a $2 tip - which is an insult since I normally leave 20%, which would have been $6.50. In hindsight, I should have left no tip at all. I was really disappointed.
