order in a pizza instead. This is truly one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to in quite a while. The tomato soup I ordered was like tomato paste with a bit of water added. The bread brought to the table was the oldest and driest bread and actually stank! The garnish on my slider plate was made of, I kid you not, a square of rotted celery, a strip of dried and shriveled red pepper topped off by a circle made of a dehydrated carrot. Once I saw the "garnish" I asked my husband if we were being secretly filmed for a comedy show...it was unbelievably bad and it cost $40 for some of the worst food ever. Order in a pizza if you have the late night munchies if the "Raffles" is your only other option.

Starlight has a huge celebrity following. Snoop Dog, Lil' Kim, Tommy Lee, Pamela Anderson, Lenny Kravitz and Ice-T are just a few of the stars who have gotten tattoos from Starlight. The big draw is legendary tattoo artist Mario Barth. Glass windows allow folks walking by to see into the tattoo parlor which has stark white walls and a ceiling displaying some of Barth's previous work. Each booth has sliding curtains for privacy and flat-screen televisions for distracting entertainment.
