Did not meet my expectations. Dr Littman is kind, but I hope (as not only a physician but an owner), she would like to know how patients feel. Having been seeing you for months, I still feel very confused. We go over treatment briefly and when I ask questions, I feel like I’m being bothersome. Some at the office could take a brief moment and update their customer service skills, especially Dusty. I am always treated as if I’m bothering her when I call, I have many questions I do not have extensive knowledge in reproductive endocrinology. I feel as a patient, who has spent thousands; it would be nice to have a little more time one on one with Dr Littman or a qualified nurse.

I’ve never felt less trusting of an office than after my IUI treatment. I felt so rushed out of there, it was embarrassing. I had questions, perhaps I am too thorough, but I feel that is my right as a patient. When I asked about when to take the next medications, my Nurse simply said-“read the instructions.” Like I said originally, I really like Dr. Littman and the office is beautiful. My only wish would be that you take into account human consideration. Most of us are confused, scared, and nervous and support coming from someone we’ve trusted our health and future with would go a long way. Thank you!…

Terrible!. I have to say that the customer service was terrible right from the beginning. They tell you that you have an advanced reproductive age but there is no sense of urgency. I had to make all of the follow up calls or else nothing would get done. They started out by giving me the wrong pills, never got my previous medical records, and had me redo blood work because they didn't want to bother getting my records. Every time I called I spoke to a different person. They said they would put in a request through my insurance and blatantly lied about it because I confirmed with my insurance company that they never put in the request, therefore, wasting more time and they would not return my calls! I had given up on this place and requested my medical records. Then to infuriate me more, they faxed it to my PUBLIC work fax. I did not authorize this! They were barely apologetic as they broke the HIPPA law! Funny how they made me sign a release to give my medical records to myself, how stupid!! They did not even have a proper cover sheet, so who knows how many people in my office read about my VERY personal medical records! I am truly disgusted! ZERO stars!!…

Red Rock Fertility is the Best!!!. Dr. Littman and her staff are truly awesome! Needing fertility help is hard enough and the treatments are tough emotionally and physically. But Red Rock Fertility Center treated me with dignity and respect. Dr. Littman answered all of my questions truthfully yet gently. Karrie was just wonderful to work with and was always kind to me. When I finally got pregnant the staff rejoiced as much as my husband and I did. Now I have a beautiful baby girl thanks be to GOD above who I know sent me to Dr. Littman and her staff. GOD worked his miracle for us through Red Rock Fertility Center.…

Most Kind. Since we were not able to get pregnant on our own, we turned to Dr. Littman for her help and we immediately knew that she was the doctor for us. Dr. Littman and her staff are the most kind, caring and compassionate people you will find in the medical field.…
