Owner=thumbs down – SUSHISAMBA was not all great like I was thinking it was going to be. Our server was nice. The busser was nice. The hostesses were hospitable. The food was, okay. It took an HOUR for it to come out. We know it was busy but they need to be quicker. We spoke to a guy who said was the "owner" and he didn't do ANYTHING. From that impression, he must think he's too good to help out his employees. The videos are seriously DISTURBING. I was not enjoying my dinner watching those. If I EVER go back, I'll request to sit somewhere that is not facing the videos and I'll make sure not to bring anyone that is 17 and under. WARNING to all those that have children, DON'T BRING THEM!!!!!!!!!! they serve "family"-style but not a family-oriented place.
BEst Sushi and Club on the Strip – Beeing a native new yorker and avid Las Vegas visitor I just had to try the new Sushi Samba when I heard about their recent opening. Having been to many restaurants on the strip I have to say Sushi Samba beats them all, better and fresher than even Social House at TI and Nobu at the Hard Rock. The atmosphere was pure decadence as only Las Vegas can accomplish. The food and drinks provided the perfect start to the night. At the end of dinner my entourage ventured to Sugarcane and let me tell you its the newest and hippest spot on the strip. Revolution, Tao, Tryst, and Pure all better lookout because there's a new and better nightspot.
Hungry32 review???????????????? – Where did you eat? It wasn't SushiSamba. I ordered the seafood platter, and the crab legs were the biggest I've ever seen, and the prawns were a meal in themselves. The rest of the meal was also fantastic. Either your confused on your whereabouts on your fateful evening, or you require 9000 calories per meal, and a bag and straw to feel complete.
Enjoy your drive thru food, I prefer good food.
Best sushi, hands down – The fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian food is absolutely delicious. The flavors are unexpected yet delectable and the service is fast. SUSHISAMBA is THE place to be in Las Vegas and especially at The Palazzo. What's more... the cocktails are too smooth. With fresh, muddled fruit, you'll think you're drinking juice... until you get up from the table. The cocktail tree is a must have. Most of all, don't let the name fool you: there's a whole lot more than sushi. Try the robata grill.
What I'm really looking forward to is SUGARCANE. THAT will be a great place to see and be seen.
amazing time at sushisamba this past weekend – while i was in vegas for the weekend, i was told by a friend to check out the new sushisamba in vegas. well, let me tell you how glad i was to hear that it had opened! i am a huge fan of sushisamba in new york and was very excited to get a chance to eat at another sushisamba location. it just opened and man is it amazing. i have to admit i was a bit skeptical of how the evening would pan out because they just opened up days before we went BUT worry no more! we had a blast great food great service great crowd... if you are in vegas stop by you have to check it out...!
Fun at the Palazzo! – I went to SUSHISAMBA Vegas on Saturday night. I am a huge fan of New York and Miami Beach, but this place is over the top. The design is completely different and the food was great. We had so much fun. It's a must when visiting Vegas. Try the Nina Fresa, what a drink!
Not for People who like to eat!!!! Stay Away if you like good service. – Eating here was one of the worst experiences of my life. First, we get there 5 minutes early for our reservation, then have to wait over an hour to be seated. We did not get our food for at least an hour after that. the Hostesses were both rude and clueless, waiter not bad. While waiting, my wife and I drank 2 drinks each, which cost us over $45, ouch.. We ordered 3 appetizers, 1 "Large Plate" each and 1 dessert each. Not only did we not get "full" we actually LEFT WITH HUNGER PAINS. By the way even the dessert tasted like fish, kinda weird. I thought they didn't wash the plate it was on. The portion size is rediculously small, wait time is absolutely outrageous. Everything is way overpriced. After spending well over $150 on dinner for 2, we ended up at the drive-thru.. Do not waste your time or money.
