Savory seasonings and lipsmackin' sauces make for some down right delicious barbecue. Ribs smothered in Famous Dave's secret sauce are so tender they fall off the bone. The chicken marinates for 24 hours before its char-grilled and the Texas beef brisket and Georgia chopped pork is hickory smoked and piled high on a sandwich bun. Sides include corn on the cob, Wilbur beans-baked beans loaded with smoked pork, brisket, hot link sausage and jalapeño peppers-and Drunkin' Apples, warm Granny Smith apples marinated in a sweet cinnamon and amaretto sauce.--
