Shelby is the sort of stylist you always dream of having. Not only dose she actually listen to what you want (which is MUCH more then I can say for some others) but she is skilled enough to make it work for you. She doesn't slap a doo on your head and kick you out the door; she customizes it to your personal needs. She actually cares about people being happy with their hair! I've been going to Shelby for 7 years now, (yes, 7 years!) and not once have I had a cut or color that has been anything other then perfect and amazing! You know that feeling, when you look in the mirror a day or two after getting your hair done, and you are excited all over again? You don't? Well, if you go to Shelby, you will!

Finally found my forever hairstylist~!. Shelby has been doing my hair now for 2 years and she always gets it right! I show her a pic and she customizes it just for me. I have always gotten absolutely fantastic cuts and color. Being a former hairstylist myself, I usually have to "tweek" when I get home, but not anymore!!!! I am so happy to have found Shelby and will follow her where ever she goes. She is bright, caring, really knows her craft and is willing to do what it takes to make you look your best from the consultation to the finished look.

I flew from Texas to have Shelby cut my hair!!!!!. Shelby first did my hair years ago in Texas. I had always had the same cut, until she convinced me to try something a little different. Knowing my personality, she knew that I wasn't brave enough to try anything too crazy, but I ended up with the best cut I'd ever gotten. Hair is Shelby's calling! She can take one look and know exactly how to make it better! I continued to get fantastic cuts and color, until Shelby moved back to Vegas. I continue to rave about her, because I still haven't found anyone as great at their job as she is! Recently, I took a trip to Vegas, and guess what...called Shelby to get a cut and color, and it was phenomenal as usual. She is so worth it!!!!!! Also, Shelby is super friendly and great to talk to. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Fabulous stylist .. Phenominal person !!. I have gone to see Shelby many times and everytime I hop out of her chair, I feel amazing !! She is easy to talk to and is great with kids. She gave my son an amazing mohawk for the beginning of 1st grade and she cut my daughter's bangs when she was like 3; over a year and a half later, my daughter STILL says that SHELBY is the one who cuts her hair. Not only that, but Shelby got a personal invite from my daughter to her birthday party. Anyway, one time I told Shelby that I wanted highlights, and just to pick something that she felt would look best. It is a GREAT feeling knowing that I can trust her completely with my hair. Yes, it is only hair, it will grow back, can be changed, whatever, BUT when Shelby is the one with the scissors in her hands, you could fall asleep and rest assured knowing you'll wake up sexier than before. I LOVE YOU SHELBY, THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AMAZING !!

Style incarnate!. Anyone looking for a fashionable change or a hair stylist to go to on a regular basis doesn't have to look any further. Whether you need a new style or a touch up, she's the girl for you! Easy to get along with and an artisan of her craft, she'll always rise to meet the occasion. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I know I've never been.

Shelby Kelsey, The Hair Saint!. I couldn't count on my fingers and toes how many hair stylist I have been too. Theres those "o my gosh what did i do" hair jobs, there is the "ehh its okay" hair jobs and then there is the " o my gosh!!! I LOVE IT!!!" walk out of the salon strutting your stuff like you've never strutted it before hair jobs! Ill tell you this after Shelby cut AND colored my hair I walked out of Tonic ll struttin' like never before!!

I walked in the salon with exactly what i wanted in mind, i went from drab dull brown to the most beautiful vibrant natural red I couldn't have dreamed of. I walked in told Shelby what i wanted she mixed up the miracle mixture and applied it with you undoubted skill and i couldn't have been more satisfied. Oh, and don't even get me going on the cut..PERFECT! She trimmed up my ends just right and gave me the only bangs ive ever liked on myself in my life!!



She made me feel totally comfortable she's so sweet, down to earth, HILARIOUS, and very upbeat. I can honestly say I will continue to go to Shelby until I have no hair on my head to style! She really is fabulous. You wont regret going to her, i promise:)

absolutely the best. I have been going to Shelby for many years now and will not go anywhere else. She always understands what I want no matter how bad I am at describing it. Cuts, colors and styles she never lets you down. She is also extremely good with scheduling, super flexible and always on time.

You will not regret going to shelby for your next hair appointment.

A CUT ABOVE THE REST :). Shelby Kelsey not only has a special place in my heart, but is a phenonomal hair stylist! Her attention to detail is flawless, and I leave her salon looking and feeling like a million bucks. I went to Shelby with fine, limp locks looking for something creative to give my mane a little "oooomph." She did that and so much more. She took her time and made sure I left knowing how to maintain the beautiful job she did on my hair. Shelby is full of pizazz and someone I truly feel comfortable with, with a pair of scissors. As long as Shelby is around, I know where to make my appointments. Everyone should!!! :)

Shelby is Sensational!!!!. My hair looks Breathtaking every time Shelby Kelsey cuts it. Before her I was getting those cool Supercuts Haircuts, where the use the buzzer for everything. Not so with Shelby. Her attention to detail is bar none. She uses only scissors and has this really cool razor thing to clean up my neckline. Some guys say it’s gay or something to go a stylist but when it comes to Shelby, she makes me feel so comfortable and calm. Kind of like your chillin’ with your boys, ya know. She’s fantastic and your dumb if you go to anyone else. Just sayin’.

Shelby Kelsey, second to none!. A handful of hairstylists have worked on my long locks and they've all been anywhere from informal to impatient. I recently moved to Vegas from New York City where a top N.Y.C. hair dresser did my hair since I was a teen, and I can say without hesitation that Shelby Kelsey is far better with the fine art of color and cut then he ever was. She is also only a fraction of the cost! Every time I walk out of Tonic II, which is where her wondrous works are located, I leave with the best head of hair that a women could ask for! I've been coloring my hair for years and found that getting that "perfect" hair color is inconceivable and can give you a terrible head ache at times. But I am here to thankfully state that every time Shelby lays those miracle hands of hers on my head, I receive better then perfect. She mixes up exquisite combinations and is without doubt the ultimate hair dresser. Not only is her work flawless and of the highest quality, but her delivery is what really makes me undergo true satisfaction. I spontaneously found Shelby online when i was frantically looking for a new hairstylist due to my move. I've never met someone, that once was a complete stranger, so easy going and down to earth. I was thoroughly comfortable with her within the first 10 minutes of my initial appointment. I am without doubt a client for life and recommend her to everyone I know! Take my word for it, you'd be absolutely foolish to look for someone better then her, because she is a cut above the rest (no pun intended).
