Working With Vacationers!

I want to say how outstanding the customer service is at Superior Auto Glass. My mom was on vacation in Las Vegas and needed her windshield replaced before flying back to Rhode Island. I called Superior Glass explained that my mom was on a road trip and needed the service done in a 4 hour window. They said it was NO problem at all. They said they would stay there until she arrived to get the windshield replaced. Extremely friendly people and willing to work with vacationers from Rhode Island. I recommend them to anyone!

Simply Put, I WAS RIPPED OFF!!!!

In These Harsh Economic Times, people are cutting back anywhere they can to save money. Naturally if you can find or get a great deal that comes with great quality in customer service your very fortunate, and blessed. Of coarse after the pleasant experience of feeling like you got a great deal for your money. You are supportive of the business that treated you, and your hard earned money with respect. That's what I felt I would get hands down from Superior Auto Glass & Tinting when I read all the excellent 4 star reviews they have on google, yelp, and insider pages. The very same reviews that may draw you to give Superior Auto Glass a shot at your business. Well, I'm here to share with those consumer minds who happen to read my review, and care to know that all the great 4 star reviews "IN MY CASE WERE VERY MISLEADING". I wish no ill will on anyone or businesses trying to make it outt here in this tough economy. It goes without saying these days that times are too hard right now to make anyones life any more harder than it already is. Yet sometimes their are those rare occasions when you have to let the truth be known, and this is one of those times. After taking my brand new Lexus fresh off the car lot to get my windows tinted at Superior Auto Glass & Tinting. Sad to say, I was not satisfied, and ended up taking my car back there 4 times to get the poor tint job corrected. Each time I left unsatisfied until I decided I had wasted enough gas going back and fourth to Superior Auto Glass & Tinting. I realized that these guys are not as good as their 4 star Google, Yelp, and Insider pages ratings indicate online regarding "WINDOW TINTING". I cant speak for the Auto Glass Installation aspect of their business, but as far as getting your car windows tinted here......"FORGET ABOUT IT". To date, I have countless air bubbles on every window of my brand new Lexus, and have to get the entire car re-done again. I spent extra money with Superior Auto Glass & Tinting to make sure it was done right, and still came away feeling cheated, and plainly put "RIPPED OFF". I might as well gave my $175 bucks to the local Police Charity fund. At least I could of gotten a tax write off instead I got "RIPPED OFF" by Superior Auto Glass & Tinting and mislead by in my opinion very mis-leading ratings on google, yelp & insiderpages. I also recognized damage to my rubber sealent around my door frames inside the car, and outside the car. As well as damage to the black moldings surrounding the driver and front passanger side windows outside the car. The 4 times I went back the best thing Chris could of done was refund my money for such a poor job, and damage to my brand new Lexus. That way I could have taken that money to a shop that knew what they were doing, and I would have not taken the time out to post this review. Even though the damange to my car before mention would have still been deserving, and warranted of this review. My Grandfather use to always tell me as a kid growing up many things. One of those things was a quote that rang in my head after this very dissapointing experience with Superior Auto Glass & Tinting.....quote: "SON ALWAYS REMEMBER, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" un-quote..... I know this is Vegas, so if you still want to try rolling the dice at getting your windows tinted with Superior Auto Glass & Tinting after reading this review. In my very humble opinion you would be taking the same risk you would take at any of the crap tables here in Vegas.

i read other reviews and decided to go. customer service was good and didn't have to wait too long. warranty is provided when you buy and haven't had a problem since.
