Jeff Brown was Excellent!. I shopped several lenders when I decided to purchase a house and Jeff Brown was my favorite. He explained everything to me and made the process very pleasant. He was always available to answer my questions. I recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage.

Great Experience!. I completely disagree with this reviewer (besides the fact that the reviewer does not know how to spell properly). I had a wonderful experience working with Jeff Brown and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a mortgage. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

STAY AWAY!!!!!. An abslolut a horrible experiance. Took over three months to close a loan. Unfortunalty had to deal with Jeff Brown, who refused to return calls and emails. Once the loan finally did close and our payments were several hundred $ more per month than we were originally told they were going to be. We were also told that we would be refunded certain fees at closing. The documents showed we were due the money at closing but the refund never showed up. Called and emailed them over a dozen times and never had the issue resolved. I've never had an experiance delaing with a compay that was as horrible as this was. I strongly suggest you look else where unless you like to get the run around!
