I USED TO BE A REGULAR HERE!!!!. NO INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!! NO VALUE for clients time, I've seen great work in the past, however I've spent around $$$5000$$$$ in the last few months here and I'm sad to say I won' be back. They charge 103.50/hr Labor if i charged that rate my repair should have been free. I was contacted at 10 am, to let me know my car was ready I enquired about getting picked up, "yes i will have the driver call you when he returns." 6 HOURS later, Come on!!! At 4PM I call back to ask about getting picked up? oops i guess driver was busy. come on!! Driver comes within 10 mins of my return call, I get picked up only to be on a milk run out to Mountains edge for 45mins Im driving around with the driver and now other clients. When i arrive at the shop Im offer excuse's and a bill. Sorry TONY BAD BUSINESS!! I don't care about $$$ BUT NO INTEGRITY = BAD BUSINESS don't lie to me and and make excuses to your customers.

HONEST AUTO REPAIR, GREAT MECHANICS, PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!. I'M SO GLAD I FOUND A AUTO REPAIR SHOP I CAN CALL MY MECHANIC! (VERY HARD TO FIND) THEY CALL W EST FIRST, NO SURPRISED BILLS. THE GREATEST. TONY THE OWNER IS VERY FUNNY. MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE KNOWING YOUR VECHICLE IS IN HIS HANDS.
