Waste of time and money. This was our big splurge for Christmas...my girlfriend and I decided to go to Kim Vo to get our hair done for the holidays....What a disaster!!!! I had Tony, what a jerk....it was a Sunday morning during the holidays...don't you think that they should offer a glass of champagne or mimosa???? Or at the very least a cup of coffee? I guess they will use the "economy" as an excuse not offer anything.....Anyway, Tony made me stand for my haircut, which took approximately 15 minutes....Isn't that great???? A $150 haircut done in 15 minutues.....My girlfriend's hairdresser took about an hour and cut 1/4 of an inch off....so my friend didn't even look like she had anything done!!! Well there goes another great $150 haircut.....Never again...It's all BS...unless you manage to get an appt. with the person who's name is on the door...These stylists belong in the walmart beauty shops.....Blah!.... Keep your money and your sanity!

Kim Vo Salon was a color nightmare. Sandy blonde, NOT Brown was the request from my husband who arrived at the Kim Vo Salon with almost a full head of gray hair. He explained he wanted to look younger for work. The next time I saw him he had flaming RED hair. It was all over after that. The colorist kept adding more and more color to try and get the red out. He finally gave up and realized it wasn't going to get any better. So with dark auburn hair, we paid the bill and left, my husband will never trust the Kim Vo Salon to color his hair in the future. The stylists do a great job. I wonder who tested the colorist that my husband ended up with. It was obvious to everyone in the salon that something went terribly wrong. What a nightmare he had to endure.

Great Salon, Great Atmosphere, Great Stylist without the Ego. I recently visited this fabulous salon while staying at the Mirage. As soon as I walked in the door, everyone was so attentive, from the receptionists to the shampoo guy to my stylist Tony. He offered me a glass of champagne, and started to work his magic. I walked in thinking I was going to get a trim and a style, and got what is perhaps the best haircut of my life. After cutting at least four inches, he gave me the cutest

short cut ever. Not only is it Sassy, Chic and Fun, it is easy for me to style. I feel like a new person!

If you are visiting Las Vegas, I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to look and feel the best they can. Go see Tony, he will change your life!

James Castro - A Fantastic Color Specialist!. Whether you live in Las Vegas, or are just visiting, I encourage you to make an appointment with James Castro at the new Kim Vo Salon in the Mirage Hotel.

After a short consultation, James applied a new base color, then followed that by painting my highlights - no foils! A method he called "baliage." It was incredible to watch. He truly is an artist!

NO 25 percent discount for locals.. There is only a 20 percent discount offered on spa services to locals. The info on the website is false and the salon would not honor it.
