IN SHORT
Sea Stone lives up to its name. The restaurant offers a wide range of sushi rolls as it fuses Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Hawaiian fare in an inviting atmosphere. They even serve some rather unique offerings including non-sushi rolls such as the BLT and a riceless Sea Stone Rainbow Roll. The wine list is impressive and includes a 99 Score by Robert Parker (only one barrel of the wine was ever made), and the sake selections are equally wide ranging.

I had the pleasure of coming here twice, once for a birthday party and the other on a stop over by the airport, and both times were not spectacular. I did enjoy the teriyaki dish the first time I was there, but the waitress I had basically spoiled the whole meal. It wasn't like they were happy I was there, it was the other way around. all in all a bad dining experience.
