Nice Clean Serene place to relax.. The girls was very professional and the massage was just right no to hard, or soft. Spa was clean and the aroma made me relaxed, along with the music. All in all a well maintained and staffed spa, for a reasonable price.
A Place for a good relaxing massage. It was easy to get an appointment, and the place is serene as you walk in, staff was friendly and met my every expectation, their hands were soft and the massage was not rough, in fact with the background music I felt really relaxed and refreshed when I left. This is money well spent in my opinion.
DO NOT GO TO SALON!!!!.
I had a really nice massage here. The spa is beautiful but extremely OVERPRICED!! However, overall I enjoyed the spa, even though the front desk people were not friendly or helpful at all.
After my massage I had a hair and nail appointment. My experience was traumatizing. The people working at the salon were nasty, unprofessional, cussing, and talking nonstop to eachother about the drama in their lives. I didnt even feel like a customer their. I felt like I was interrupting their conversations. I just had my hair styled for the evening but the stylist took forever curling my hair. I do have long hair, but come on two hours just for some curls! Not to mention I wanted full loose curls and ended up looking like shirley temple in the end. Then, I asked if she could loosen the curls maybe brush through some of them, she acted very confused and then went to talk to someone up at the front desk and then came back and handed me the brush to fix it!
DO NOT GO TO THE SALON!
Spa seems nice, pedicures not so much. I took my mom to get a pedicure as a surprise for her birthday and we both left a bit dissapointed. When we go there we were brought to the waiting room which was really nice other than the fact that they had a TV and someone decided to watch The Kardashians, or something like that, it kind of ruined the atmosphere of relaxation. We got into our pedicure seats about 15-20 minutes late. The pedicure chairs were also separate from the spa, they were in the salon area. It was very bright and the door open to all of the traffic to the pool was only 15 feet away. We got the sensual fusion, with scents put into the water, the choices were limited and not very nice. The chairs themselves and the heating pad on the shoulders was really nice, but the girls talked about where they were going to go for dinner so relaxing was difficult. The girl doing my pedicure had to get up at one point to help another customer. Overall it was lacking in the relaxation part, while the pedicure turned out nice, we left kind of dissapointed.
