Las Vegas Best doesn't even begin to describe how great, friendly, fair, and honest these guys are. I also believe if it has any type of wheel or even tracks, they can fix it! Even though I have had to shell out $$$$ on several occasions because my Nissan Murano keeps breaking down--needing misc regular stuff, they have fixed it every time without fail and with fair prices!!!

I have compared their prices by calling other shops; including the dealers.(whoa are the dealers out of sight!). They are always less or right on the money.

Besides the Cathedral being the "Best of Las Vegas", this place is the Best of Las Vegas to get your car fixed.

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my car in for a check engine light that was on. The next day they told me that it was a $300 fix and I should have my car in a day or two. 19 days and $825 I finally have my car back. We were never called to tell us about the delays, we would have to call the shop and would get the run around every time. After they did a bunch of work on the car they decided it would be an extra $500 to fix it. At that point our car should have been ready in a couple of days. I finally had to stop in the shop only to find out it hadn't even been worked on. The shop foreman looked me in the eye and told me my car would be done that day, then it wasn't, and he didn't even bother to call and let us know what was going on. We got an appology on the phone and were told that we would be "helped" with the bill. Apparently "help" means $15 off. And "if only we had brought cash" they could of helped us more. Even the employees at the shop admit that things are run poorly and that I'm not the only customer that this has happened too. I will never go there again.

I had just moved to Las Vegas when a malfunctioning apartment entry gate ripped the sideview mirror off the passenger side of the car. I decided to use Cartalk's website to find a shop. I was directed to Dons DI. I have been very happy for that direction ever since! Luis (the owner) always fully explains any problems, and clearly explains my options, either showing me digital photos of my car or taking me out into the shop to point out what's happening. Luis is not going to be the cheapest fix for a car - he's got quality people working for him that deserve to be paid for their time, and uses factory parts. But I trust him to do what needs to be done and no more. I have been using Dons DI for almost 4 years now, sent family and friends to him, and trust him not to take advantage of a situation. I've never had "surprise" problems pop up in the middle of a repair.

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS TO GET MY VEHICLE BACK NOT RUNNING AND WITH SCRATCHES IN THE PAINT AND GARBAGE INSIDE FRONT AND BACK SEATS. GREASE STAINS AND TOOLS LEFT INSIDE ALL ON THE LEATHER SEATS!!! IT HAD TO BE TOWED OUT OF THERE. THEY WERE PARTING OUT PARTSFROM IT I AM SURE. THE WORST PLACE ON THIS PLANET!!!!

Shop is always busy, best to call ahead and bring your car in the morning, first thing. Luis is honest, but a bit overwhelmed, he really needs an assistant. He will get your car fixed and make sure you're happy.

***Best Garage in Vegas!***. I had my "Volvo" serviced at this garage for years and they are "Experts"! The Mechanics are very Fair & Honest! I won't take my car to anyone else in Vegas! These guys put our local "Volvo" dealer to shame!

Busy and Honest. Dons is always busy - I think that says a lot. Dons is very honest, reasonable, and has real nice people to deal with. I have never had a bad experience bringing my vehicles in for service at Dons DI Auto and have been doing so for several years.

Inexperience or carelessness?. The problem was hard starting.Assured that a new fuel pump would fix it,one was installed for $400.00.Well,that didn't fix it.Went back and now the diagnosis was a bad fuel pressure regulator.One was installed for $200.00.That fixed it.So I paid $600.00 for a $200.00 job.Not what one would expect from a "professional" repair shop.

Awesome group of Guys. Moving from California to Vegas was a bit different, but looking for a good mechanic was even harder. But D.I. auto worked with me and gave me a good fair price, and they didn;t try to charge me crazy prices because I was a woman.

I went to work, they dropped me off and picked me up I tell my friends they are the greatest especially ask for Louie.. Each time they were a pleasure to work with.

Great Service. Nice people and awesome service. They fixed my car just in time for my road trip. They even dropped me off at home and picked me up when it's done. I won't go anywhere else and I'll surely recommend them to my friends.
