Excellent Floor Cleaning Service

After 4.5 years of neglect, our vinyl floors looked old, tired and had the appearance of needing to be replaced. We approximated the cost to do the job ourselves and then contacted J2 Commercial for a quote. To my surprise they were extremely competitive and scheduled for cleaning. George did a fantastic job on the floors. They came out bright and clean, almost as if they had just been installed. Based on other reviews I will be using them to clean the carpets next.

Best carpet cleaning in town!

For the past few years I have gone through my fair share of carpet companies. The results have been carpet that looked no better than before (chem dry), carpet that picked up dirt faster after being cleaning, and worst of all wet carpet.

Before I hired J2 cleaning I hired an inexpensive company that came through with an industrial size machine. They left my carpet drenched in areas that eventually started to grow mold. I hired Brandon and Paco with J2 cleaning to fix this problem and they went way above and beyond my expectations.

They used specialized machines to fix the problem areas that the previous cleaner caused and even moved my 300 pound table to be extra thorough. They were very nice and professional and treated my carpet with great care. I can honestly say that my carpet hasn't looked this good since the day they installed it, and on top of that they are reasonable priced. They charged less than big companies that did a terrible job. If you want your carpet done right for a reasonable price use them. After a long search for a good carpet company, I am pleased to have finally found one.

Exceptional results and customer relations

I?m a manager of a 70,000sf call center and have gone through several floor crews (I even tried to hire my own staff once, what a hassle that was). J2 has exceeded all my expectations from communication to work ethics. I have service done every 3 months. I have about 2/3 carpet and 1/3 vinyl floor. They call prior to all services to ask what I need done this time because I don?t always do all the floors every time. Never a problem. Makes my job so much easier. Thought I would let others know so I can help them because they?ve helped me so much. Thanks Guys!

Very, very pleased

I found J2 on the internet and just want to share this because I know it's so hard to find good service these days. I have had J2 clean our real estate office for about a year now. Always there when you need them. I'm glad I don't have to concern about the cleaning of the office. PS. I finally broke down and had them strip and wax the kitchen, breakroom and bathrooms. I just had to say I was very surprised how well it turned out, I didn't realize how bad it was. It now looks like a new floor. Very, very pleased! God Bless!
