Hats off to the sales staff at Ford Country. I was able to buy and drive home in a new vehicle in less than 2 hours. They really have their stuff together. This was probably the easiest and quickest car purchase I've ever experienced.

We dealt with ford for years and always happy with them. just bought a new escape and its awesome with all the new features Ford Country did a outstanding job!!!!

RUN FOREST RUN. If your going there to get your car serviced, DON'T!! RUN FOREST RUN!!! My local Ford dealer who I have done business with for years was astonished at the charges and services for a 30K service. The Henderson service manager stated they don't go by the regular Ford recommended service they go by the severe driving condition recommendation.

Don't take my word for it go and validate for yourself at ford owners website.

Driving Conditions: Severe

I don't see a $130 radiator flush or a $150 Transmission fluid replacement. Oh and they threw in a nice $100 charge for the 30K check engine light, said it was a loose wire.

Replace fuel filter

Perform multi-point inspection

Inspect and lubricate all non-sealed steering linkage,ball joints,suspension joints,half and drive-shafts and u-joints

Inspect brake pads/shoes/rotors/drums, brake lines and hoses, and parking brake system

Inspect complete exhaust system and heat shields

Inspect cooling system and hoses

Replace engine air filter

Change engine oil and replace oil filter (See Owners manual for time based oil change intervals)

Rotate and inspect tires; check wheel end play and turning noise

Ford Country is the best!!!. I bought my Ford Fusion in January, I absolutely love it, I get 35 mpg on road trips...How awesome is that. It drives like a dream and their service department is always professional and courteous. My salesman, Roy even remembered me when I came in for service last time, he even came over to ask if everything was ok.
