Sandra and her assistant Leighanne cleaned for me on 8/11

I was impressed with her promptness and professionalism. I needed my home cleaned so I could move in, and with only overnight notice they were Spot-On! (excuse the pun) I'm very happy with their work, and the price was good too! Thank you Sandra and Leighanne ; )

Worth the Price. I was impressed with Sandrasoclean. I had her team do a clean out and the bottom line is, the place looked great and I got my $1,200 deposit back plus the $350 cleaning deposit. They made it easier on me during a stressful time (Moving). Sandra was polite and good at her job. She charged me a middle of the field price, but I got great service! Thank you Sandra : )

Very unprofessional. Went with her because we wanted to support a local, family run business. Should have gone with the professionals. Showed up with her family on time, but that's where the good part stops. Did a walk thru and confirmed price estimate on phone. We went out to do errands, came back in time to do a walk thru. Surfaces throughout house were dusty and untouched! No blinds were dusted at all, despite being advertised on website. Outside of windows were also obviously unwashed. When we politely pointed this out, Sandra got an attitude, refusing to go back to finish the job. She even said we should pay her more and tried to take more, saying she didn't have change! We pointed out that she should have mentioned that on the walk thru before starting and she said she didn't make note of it (um, isn't this your job?). She said our floors were so filthy (despite being ALL BRAND NEW and previously swept and vacuumed by us before she arrived!) Drove off in a huff when we insisted on change (which she did have, liar) and left skid marks on our driveway. What a waste of money and attitude to boot! I NEVER leave negative reviews, but I've never had such bad service!

Super prompt, Professional Service. Highly recommended. Sandra is a professional in every aspect of house cleaning. I found my experience with her enjoyable and comfortable. She can keep up a conversation, and not skip a beat while working! Her work is thorough and she doesn't leave till it's done. She made a believer out of me! Thank you Sandra
