Avoid!. Look at the other ratings on this company. They either "glow" or "stink" here's the deal. The glowing reviews are made up by the company. I purchased a door from salesman "Bryan" who seemed like an upfront and nice guy. BEWARE. This company will make you pay a deposit of 1/2 prior to delivery and then never deliver! I'm on my 10th week ... not a single call from the company advising my status and no one will neither answer their company phone nor their cell phone. Avoid at all costs and look elsewhere!

Fair Price, Good Service. I called them because they were closest to my house. I had 3 windows that needed replaced. The price was fair I thought, ($430 each roughly).

The salesman "Brian" was very nice, not pushy and listened to what I wanted and asked me what was important to me before he tried selling me anything. My home was broken into via my dining room window, so I told him I wanted to make that side of my house more secure for break ins.

It took about 3 weeks and the windows look great the installers were friendly and took their time. I would recommend them highly.

good company. I had 3 companies come out and give me a price on replacement windows for my home. This was a big purchase for me and i wanted to make sure i received a quality product and a fair price. I don't usually go with the lowest company just because i feel i might be getting less for my money, but in this case Installpro was the cheapest and the estimator was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers came and did their job and didn't linger. I would use them again on my next home project.

SHATTERED STORE FRONT. I have a retail business on the strip, my alarm company called me because my store front window had been shattered setting off the alarm. I called Install Pro at 4am and left a message they returned my call first thing in the morning 7am, met me at my store at 8am and had the job done before lunch.

FRENCH DOORS. Had always wanted to change my slider to french doors but the high price kept me from doing so. I was referred to Install Pro by a friend because of the reasonable prices there estimate was affordable.

HOME GYM. My business partner referred me to Install Pro after having them install his windows. I wanted to add a gym to my home. They helped me design it and ran the job thru to completion. I love my new GYM.

ROOM ADDITION. Found this company on line. Sent them an e-mail and was ecstatic to have a phone call the same afternoon. We set an appointment to meet and discuss my new room addition for Saturday afternoon.

I have read about this company not being on time and their lack of professionalism. I found them to be totally the opposite setting the Saturday appointment, punctual, and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the new windows in my new room.

Home Renovation. Best customer service ever. Not only did they under bid 3 other contractors on my previously installed improperly new windows they came with a crew .
