If that experience is true, then management was more engrossed at impressing celebs from PI who don't go there as often as those who actually live there... Not a good way to draw business..I wouldn't want to go there then. Poor customer service!

YOUR PATRONS FORGOTTEN

We went there tonight to have some fun. However, management and staff were so engrossed in the preparation of the visit of Toni Gonzaga and company that they forgot about us, the patrons.

By having fun, we mean after a sumptous meal, we would be treated to some good music that would entice us to dance and forgot the stresses of everyday hard work in the hospital. We were thinking of line dance, modern dance, etc. that would keep us moving the the tune of live music. By dancing we would be participating directly and not listening to some people singing. We could have just play CD in the comfort of our own home and would be less expensive.

However, even the DJ, forgot about us and even placed a microphone in the center of the dancing floor and even at the end a table was placed on top of it. Music was not so lively and tempting for us to dance.

Toni and company could be an added bonus. But your DJ while waiting for them should have thought why we, the patrons, were there. We were there not for Toni and company but to have some fun as friends outside of our work environment. Remember we were there not for Tony and company but for our own enjoyment and fun and your job was to make sure that we were enjoying our stay there.

We also understand your position but Toni and company took their time eating and we were just sitting there waiting for them that we got bored doing nothing but sit down.

At the end, we just left disappointed and promise not to comeback again.
