I went into my kitchen the other day and saw that the sink was filled with water. I asked my girlfriend if she was using the sink at the time for dishes or something. She told me no, so I went back and checked if anything was in the drain. There was nothing I could feel in the sink, so the only conclusion I could come to was that something was in the drain. I called around and A Better Plumbing was the only place that was available at the time, and they were affordable, so I had them come out and they got it snaked out and done within an hour and a half. No complaints here about them.

So, I had gone out of town with my girlfriend and when we came back. our bathroom floor had water everywhere. No one had been inside as nothing had been taken from the house. We looked around a bit and discovered that our sink had been leaking from one of the connections. Neither of us had any experience with plumbing, so we looked online and found A Better Plumbing. When we called them, they were very pleasant over the phone and nice. We had an appointment set for the following Thursday (It was a Tuesday when we called). That day, they came out, inspected the house to see if there was anything else wrong. They didn't find anything so they told us how much it would cost and we gave them the go ahead to do their thing. They were finished in a fairly quick amount of time, and so far we've had no problems. Give them a call.

Well lets see, They were very reasonably priced. They came and did everything they said they would, while being on time. And last but not least, they cleaned it up so well it was like they were never there. 11/10. The best company I've ever used.

What is there to say? These are some of the most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A lot of companies, not just plumbing but in general, have had a snotty attitude towards me when I was nothing but nice to them. These people treated me and my family like we had been friends for ages. They were nice, friendly, and didn't give us the run around. Also, their services are first rate! They installed 2 toilets and a sink for us and a very reasonable price. If I had to rate this company 1-10, it would receive an 11.

I saw a bunch of reviews on here, and I needed two new toilets put in. Both were getting old and one was leaking. We called them up and they said they have a free space for the next day at noon. True to their word, they showed up around noon, took a look at both the toilets. Afterwards, they removed the toilets, and put in the new ones. The two guys who did the work were very nice. They explained everything they did to me and helped me understand all of it. I even got to learn something! lol. Overall, this is a very good company with good employees.

Hmm. Be very grateful if you have Monte Ervin fix your plumbing. He is the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever met. His company has replaced my hot water lines in my two story home, as well as replaced my water heater, and fixed various plumbing problems in my home. I was actually told about this company by a plumber(from a different company) who COULDN'T INSTALL A KITCHEN SINK?!?!?! I kicked that guy out of my house, and had A Better Plumbing there within two hours. They aren't the fanciest of companies, but I have nothing but good things to say. And, yes I will use them again, and again. This was the fourth time I have had them out to my house, and I am still pleased. Thank you for not gouging me!

My husband and I wanted a water softener installed. We called around looking for prices to install one. After getting high price after high price, we tried one more company, which was this one. We braced for the worst, but, to our surprise, it was actually cheaper than anyone else and very economical. We had em come out and install our softener. They were very friendly and it got done in a timely manner. If I could give them 500 stars I would. They earned it :)

My water heater kicked the bucket the other night. I needed it replaced ASAP. I called this company up to see what they could do. Luckily they weren't busy so they scheduled it for the following day. They came out and replaced it within 3 hours total. It was fairly quick and no damage was done to the house. I'm happy that it got taken care of and I am pleased with this company.
