Tracy Truran has been my trainer at TruPower Fitness since the first of the year. I got on the scale today, and I weighed exactly 30 lbs less than I did the day before I met her. That's in 6 weeks of training! She has the most awesome attitude and her knowledge has kept me progressing steadily and without injury. When I went to her I was in pretty horrible condition, a month and a half later, this 42 year old feels like a twenty-something again. I've got a long way to go, but I look forward to working with Tracy and finding my own true power. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. Why didn't I find you 10 years ago?!?!?!

Pros: I'm losing weight, I'm getting strong, and I'm ENJOYING IT!

Cons: None.
