Marco has been my personal trainer over the last 2 years. Unlike other trainers Marco will teach you the skills and correct body techniques which you will be able to use for the rest of your life. HE not only designed a workout program, but gave me nutritional advise as well. Marco is always on time. Last year Ciro helped me train for my first marathon and low and behold I did it with Marco's help.We would run together and he established an individualized running program. I strongly advise for anyone who is serious about their health to see Marco. He will individualize a program just for you, no matter if you have never worked out or if you are a gym brat.
Pros: very friendly and knowledable up to date on training methods
